Experts 4 Mortgages Recensioni

Daniel was fantastic at helping us secure our mortgage, he was with you every step of the way and provides an excellent service. He knows his business and the mortgage market but above all he cares about his clients and work very hard to get the best products and outcomes for his clients.

Excellent advice. Well tailored to my needs and got my position financially in a much better place. Can't recommend highly enough. 5 stars all the way

Expert, professional and extremely reliable - Daniel provided a brilliant service. Highly communicative and willing to answer questions in detail, he really took all the stress out of something we expected to be hugely complicated – especially during these turbulent times. It gave us such peace of mind having someone so helpful and competent on our side. We can’t recommend Daniel enough!

Dan is simply excellent! His work ethic, professional and personal approach have been exceptional!

Dan was great. He always picks up the phone and answers emails promptly. He's happy to explain things.

During delays from the lender, Dan kept us updated, chased the lender, and even had a back-up plan (which fortunately we didn't need to use in the end).

Would thoroughly recommend.

Myself and my wife have dealt with Daniel on two separate occasions now regarding moving our mortgage to different rates in the past 2yrs. On both occasions Daniel was very thorough and his communication throughout the process was second to none via both email & telephone. We would highly recommend Daniel and Experts 4 Mortgages for any mortgage enquiries and would not hesitate to contact him in the future.

Great customer service is hard to come by. I am often the one doing all the work - chasing, navigating labyrinthine call options and experiencing a complete lack of proactivity from service providers.

My experience from Daniel at Experts 4 Mortgages could not be more different. He is a delight to work with and here is why:

• Expert knowledge to ensure you are getting the best product
• Great network of contacts within the industry to move things forward
• Fantastically proactive

I can’t stress that last point enough. Daniel will chase down issues and resolve them way beyond his remit. He reached out on our behalf to our builder, our solicitor, and the mortgage provider to ensure everything ran smoothly and provided detailed and regular updates even after the mortgage was approved.

If you are thinking of going with a mortgage advisor, you have found him. Don’t go any further than Daniel. You won’t regret it!

Dan, literally a superstar mortgage advisor! Couldn't have asked for better support throught the process of buying a home. I'm not one to usually leave a review but I feel it would rude not too. I'd highly recommend Dan to anyone, made the process a smooth ride. Thank you!

There are only two words to describe Daniel - absolutely brilliant. His service is fast, thorough, highly professional, reliable and excellent value for money. Honestly, if you are thinking about buying a property, I could not recommend him more. His knowledge is unbelievably helpful and it is clear Dan has a passion for making the buying process as stress-free as possible for his clients. There are no hidden fees with Dan and he will do his absolute best to make sure you are receiving the best deal for your circumstances and always explains everything very clearly. All the 5* reviews are absolutely correct in my opinion - thank you so much Dan!

Daniel was a great help with getting our mortgage. He managed to not only get our offer turned around in the space of a week but also helped explain things clearly and took away lots of the stress involved with purchasing a property. I couldn't recommend Daniel more highly, he was always prompt with responses and went above and beyond to help with outstanding professionalism. We will be coming back to Daniel in the future.

Getting my first mortgages with Daniel from Experts4Mortgages was a brilliant decision and has been a great experience. From the moment I got into contact with Daniel, the communication has been very responsive with clear and very informative guidance, not only on the mortgage process, but with the legal process more generally as well.

Always helpful, if anyone requires a mortgage broker in the future, I couldn't recommend Daniel more highly - I will definitely be use his services again.

After having problems with another mortgage company we found Daniel and he made our Mortgage application and process feel like a breeze.

From start to finish Daniel's professionalism and communication are/have been 100%, from our first phone call, and then zoom call to every single subsequent phone call and email.

He kept us informed at every stage and regularly checked in with us. Having Daniel their just a phone call or email away and knowing he would reply swiftly was honestly such a stress relief, no waiting around to hear about any particular part of the process.

He answered all of our questions and allayed any fears we had along the way. Dan is very knowledgeable and I absolutely cannot praise him enough. 5 stars doesn't do him justice.

If you are in need of a Mortgage Broker I strongly urge you to give Daniel McClardy a call today you won't regret it !

Daniel has successful secured a good deal mortgage for our upcoming house move and we are so glad we hired a mortgage adviser!. The market being so unpredictable at the moment due to COVID-19, we were nervous about stricter applications and approvals and would urge anyone applying ATM to hire a professional. We have had many complications along the way and Daniel has done a lot of extra work for our case and has gone over and above for us. He is extremely responsive and communicative and was always transparent about our case and expectations. I have no doubt that we will use his services again.

As a first time buyer I decided to change mortgage advisor when the first home fund came out as there was only a few banks who participated in it.

I phoned Daniel at experts 4 mortgage and he was immediately very knowledge and explained everything in a transparent and simple way.

I decided to go with Daniel after this initial chat and seeing other positive reviews on here. I have to say I'm delighted I did. He's been brilliant throughout and his communication is second to none. Every aspect was explained and he dealt with all of my queries very quickly.

I am now right at the end of the process with the mortgage and just waiting to move into my dream house. I really couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Thanks Dan for all your excellent work. You clearly have an abundance of experience with mortgages and throughout the whole process we felt confident in your opinion and the advice you gave. Our circumstances were perhaps not the most straight forward and with the addition of COVID-19 the mortgage market was potentially very challenging. However, Dan kept us informed and was able to promptly tackle any issue presented to him. We would have no hesitation recommending you (and have already - twice) to anyone in need of mortgage advice.

As first time buyers, Daniel helped guide us through the daunting process of achieving a decision in principle and ultimately a mortgage offer. No question was a problem for him to answer and he responded to emails in a very timely manner. An impressively streamlined service for which we are very grateful. Would highly recommend!

I had a tricky set of requirements and Daniel guided me through the whole process and how best to approach it. He recommended competitive products and explained clearly why they were the most appropriate for my needs. Great service all round!

My partner and I were recommended Daniel McLardy at Experts 4 Mortgages by a friend. From our first meeting (via Zoom due to COVID) Dan put us at ease, answering all our questions honestly and explaining the process of purchasing a property. He is very knowledgable about the market - even more impressive at the moment given how quickly things have been changing.

We had no idea how to begin the process of looking for properties or securing a mortgage. At every stage Dan was on hand to answer our (many) questions - I don't think we ever waited more than a few hours for a reply!

Dan was able to get us a decision in principle very quickly which enabled us to being our search for properties. When we did find a property we wanted to place an offer on, he then found a better mortgage deal which had not previously been available to us and, again, secured our formal offer approved within a few days! Without Dan's help there's no way we would have switched mortgage providers at that stage - this, in addition to his advice about the process of placing an offer, will have saved us many thousands of pounds over the life of our mortgage!

We could not be happier with the service that Dan has provided through Experts 4 Mortgages. He deserves every one of his glowing reviews - thank you!

I spoke to Daniel McLardy last year when we were looking at a house. Nothing came of that, but a couple of months ago, we saw another house we wanted to buy.

We did most of the paperwork with Daniel before putting in an offer, so we were pretty confident of getting the mortgage.

When the offer was accepted, the sellers wanted to settle quickly, but our solicitor was worried mortgages were taking to get to offer because of the Covid situation. Daniel understood this, as well as out personal circumstances and what particular mortgage met our needs best, and got us the formal offer in around a week - way quicker than expected.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel.

Daniel was thorough in putting me through the whole process despite the fact that I was naive and new to the process of buying my first home. To be very honest, I have recommended him and his services to my friends! Daniel thank you for making the process smooth and hassle-free!
