Excel High School made graduating doable and attainable
Excel High School made graduating from a legitimate and accredited program feel very doable for our son. Our son is an entrepreneur and was able to run his business while graduating from Excel High School. The platform is easy to follow, and you can clearly see your progress every step of the way. My son was able to stay motivated because everything was structured in a simple and organized way. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience, and we are very happy with the outcome.

Overall Thoughts
The classes media was very organized and thought out, there were videos along with the reading in the modules. My academic advisors were very helpful, whether it was a question about an assignment or something different. Jack Lund was my main advisor, he was excellent. He was quick to respond to emails, very helpful, knowledgeable, and a very good guide.

We understand that some parts of coursework can feel less engaging, and we’re continually working to improve our content by making it more interactive, relevant, and dynamic for students. Your input helps us identify where we can do better.
If you’re open to it, we’d love to hear which areas felt the most boring so we can focus our improvements there. Thanks again for helping us grow.

Awful Communication
(Before I get a response saying I never studied here, I'm using a nickname.)
The Adult High School Program is legit and accredited, but the staff genuinely does not care about your issues. Helpdesk takes weeks to respond and sometimes ghosts you. Prior to enrollment, communication was swift and I was assured of Helpdesk's reliability, but everything changed afterwards. Most of the staff was rude with the exception of one very kind lady (named Shoko Kalista, I believe).
Course content is decent although not the most rigorous. There are mistakes here and there in the practice/self-test activities that I had to report. The quizzes are structured fairly, and the online platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The school does a good job at ensuring mastery of concepts before progressing to the next lesson.
Overall, if you are signing up for the Adult High School program, be prepared to be entirely on your own because while the school says you will not have any teachers or academic advisors before enrollment, they neglect to mention that other staff will not assist you either for the most part.
