I have bought from this supplier before and have not had a problem.
This time, however, things were not as straightforward.
I bought a fencing glove based on the website measurements. It came and was very large on my hand. After double-checking the measurements on the web page for the glove, and the web page for the full measurements of all items of clothing (including gloves) I was stumped as I had supposedly measured correctly.
There was however a 'full glove size guide' at the very bottom of the page, which I had to download. The measurements on this were not the same measurements on the gloves page and the full size guide page for all items of clothing.
I contacted them to make a complaint hoping that they would change this and help me out as I have lost money on the postage (and will lose money on the postage sending it back) and the time I spent searching through the website for this one PDF document. I have received no answer from their contact form, email, or phone call.
It's frustrating as I've heard so many good things about this company! I'm just frustrated as I need this piece of kit for a competition soon. I will have to go to another supplier.

I received a part item with fully stain. As an electric metal tips they have to be stainless isn’t it?
Sent couple of emails to exchange or return the wrong size of mask. Very slow response. After one reply which said they will check the stock and then didn’t hear anything.
I m sending the mask with the invoice to the address shown on website hopefully can get refund. Just wait and see
