Hi Nadeem. Thank you for your review. I am sorry you do not feel like you knew when the order would be received. The items are on back order and as described when adding to your basket it states it is normally 8 - 12 weeks before it gets to you. If you do not wish to wait you can always request a refund to cancel or alternatively you could email us for any updates on your order. Thank you for your patience.

Epee Blades
My two epee blades were despatched quickly and arrived promptly. One of the tangs had been sawn off a little too short and it was a struggle to get the nut on (Pistol Grip) but I did manage after removing the washer and a bit of fettling.

Hi Nicholas,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
I can see we posted your order the same day it was placed on the 21st December. I am sorry you have not received it yet.
I’ve checked the tracking and it is showing as delivered to your local collection point on the 28th, you should have been given a missed delivery card with these details on and also notified by sms to the phone number on your order.
I have been unable to find any emails or messages from you about you order so I’m sorry to see that you have come straight to TrustPilot before reaching out to us to help sort this.
Please do contact us if you require further help.
Kind Regards
James
