Na vele malen spelen ben ik uiteindelijk met 380 overgebleven.
Van de laatste 380, 5600 euro gewonnen en ben 4 dagen verder en elke dag maar aan het wachten en elk avond wel een ander redenen dat ze niet kunnen uitbetalen. Dacht bij me zelf kan ik beter alles weggokken dan het op account laten staan omdat hun het dan overnemen. Met volle lef alles ingezet en 11,900 op account staan. Ik weet het ook niet meer...ze betalen niet uit! Nadat alles is ingeleverd laten ze je gewoon wachten dat het geverifieerd moet worden, zo kan je jaren wachten op je centen die nooit gaan komen.

I have won 3000 euros from my first 100 euros. The money was there in my account. I tried to withdraw them, tried this for 3 consecutive days and got different reasons of why is rejected. Finally the last reason why it was rejected was that was not supposed to gamble more than 1 euro bet. It is true, I saw this now in their terms and conditions but it is in a place where no one will look. So they recalculated my balance and they deducted 2900 euro from the account. I was hoping to have a nice gift for Christmas with this money. How come they realized only after so many attempts that I was using a higher bet than they say I can use and if this is a rule then how come I can bet more then the rule says? I feel cheated because they did not make this clear from the start. Stay away from this website

Casino zahlt Gewinn nicht aus - Trotz genehmigter Unterlagen
Ich habe ca. 25 Einzahlungen hier getätigt und 4.000 Euro gelassen. Es kommen selten Freispiele und wenn sie kommen, dann liegt der Gewinn zwischen 3 - 11 Euro!
Mit viel Glück habe ich jetzt etwas gewonnen. 1.500 Euro. Alle geforderten Dokumente eingereicht und diese wurden auch genehmigt. Die Auszahlung wurde immer wieder abgelehnt. Man hofft wahrscheinlich dazu, dass der Spieler, dass Geld wieder verspielt!
Nachdem ich Kontakt zum Support aufgenommen habe, hieß es...die Dokumente reichen nicht aus und ich solle noch ein Bild von meinem Gesicht schicken und ein aktuell Datum und meinen Personalausweis neben mein Gesicht halten!!!!
Ich finde dass dies schon zu weit geht. Bei der Einzahlung interessiert es auch keinen, wo das Geld herkommt.
Ich habe selbst dieser bitte - mit Bauchschmerzen - nachgekommen und es heißt, mein Bild auf dem Ausweiß sei zu alt. Es ist 5 Jahre alt und ich habe mich kaum verändert!
Ich rate dringend ab, hier zu spielen. Denn das ist für mich kein seriöses Casino und ich hoffe dass dieses Drecks Casino auf deutschen Seiten sofort verboten wird. Es besitzt keine deutsche Lizenz!!!
