Have been going to this shop for a few years now. Always very friendly and helpful. There is a new store just opened that is closer to home and even the staff in there are really pleasant and polite.

Avoid!!!
Wrong prices on the website. Was emailed and asked to give them more money, just felt like a scam. I asked them to cancel the order and fully refund me. They refunded me almost the entire amount but made sure to take some money. AVOID.
Reply: no it was the exakt same product, you just did not want to sell it for the price you listed. Also you never gave me a discount code. My options given from you; I could either pay the new expensive price or cancel the order. I chose cancel because it felt like I was being scammed. You then issued a refund for 5 sek less than i paid. I was not offered any discounts or order products, that is just a lie.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, the product you had ordered from our site was not in stock so we suggested a similar product, which was slightly more expensive or you could have a refund. You were issued a full refund and a discount code for the inconvenience. We are a small business and don't hold huge amounts of stock as we focus on our local in store customers so therefore it's unfortunate that we cannot always fulfil online orders. Offering you a similar product that is more expensive doesn't mean we make anymore profit, that was an alternative that was proposed to you.

Faulty products poor after sales service
I purchased 5 disposable vapes .They came quickly. The first 2 did not work and were either empty or broken. The next 2 had leaked completely all over the packaging and I had to scrub my hands several times over the next day to get rid of the smell.I threw all 5 away because of the fact 2 of them were soaked and 2 did not work. I sent an email to ask for a refund and the company is not interested in my situation and said unless I send back the faulty, soaking wet products I cannot get a refund.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I understand that they often would need to see the faulty product , my intention initially was not to complain so I threw them away. I feel that they have let me down. There are many different companies offering these products and I strongly recommend you use those companies. Faulty products and lack of trust. I buy a lot of vaping products for the family and it's the first and last time I will use this company.

Thank you for leaving your review. As we informed you at the time we will happily replace faulty products and cover the cost of the return, however we do need the product to send back to the manufacturers. The dead on arrival rate is unfortunately high on all disposables.
