Phoned up late on Monday before Christmas about a particular bottle of wine. Very nice and informed chat about the product and apologised that unlikely to arrive for Christmas as shipment missed for the day. Despite that order was promptly processed on the Tuesday and arrived as a gift for Christmas eve. Great friendly service.
