Item arrived in damaged condition
Item arrived in damaged condition. Will require sanding and repainting due to the poor paint application. Construction of box is questionable for functionality, as the tubing for the hip numbers are oddly staggered. Also, photo made it appear to be a double quantity of the smaller box instead of one huge box that will be interesting to figure out how to store.

Clean and easy purchase and quality product
I easily found the 3 kg cast iron shot I needed on the website and was quickly able to make the purchase. I was notified of the process of delivery. It is a quality ball weighing 3.016 kg which is exactly what I need for competition in the senior 80+ shot putt. If it is less than 3 kg it is ineligible for competition so it is at the perfect weight.

Always like working with these guys
Always like working with these guys. They have all the equipment that we need. The website is a little quirky at times. I had to exit and restart it to get it to work, but a minor issue to get the stuff we need.

I have always received great customer service! Especially from Lisa who has been a staff member we have worked with! Prices are always competitive and products always high quality! Rarely have I been told something is out of stock and when it was, it was we were buying a large quantity. Keep it up!!
