I have now had 3 e-mails asking for feedback on the Everyone Active gym that I use 4 or 5 times each week. There's very little scope for changing by feedback each time.

friendly gym
very well equipped gym with some new exercise equipment recently added
very friendly and helpful members of staff at hand to help answer any questions or to offer assistance
highly recommended gym which i think is good value as well

Age is only a number.
This is a small but very friendly gym - I pick my time so that the equipment is available and it always is without problems. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgable. It is always a good experience visiting three times a week and keeps an 80 year old fit and “ young”!
