Our second experience using evergreen and again we are so grateful we found them. Knowing we were going to use them again made the difficult day of saying goodbye to our other little fur baby made
It so much less stressful and painful to say goodbye knowing the process and care that was going to happen. The short notice it all happend was remarkable how evergreen were there for us yet again. We couldn’t reccomend them enough. Thank you Jamie 🫶❤️

I couldn’t recommend Evergreen anymore, I really appreciate what they done for our 19 year old cat snoop, he was so love and cherished and Evergreen was brilliant start to finish, even little details of poor prints.. lovely team and were kind, respectful, professional and just all over lovely people.. a very quick turn around blew my mind with how sufficient and prompt they were, within a day we had our lovely snoop home.

Had an amazing experience with evergreen pet cremations they collected our precious dog from the vets, they was very comforting and they were extremely time efficient and I had her back within a 2 days. Would 100% use again, I couldn’t have asked for more, thank you for all your support at this sad time ❤️

If you want the best farewell for your pet you need to use evergreen they are compassionate and caring for your beloved pet. I couldn’t ask for more kindness through my tears from Jamie xx

Highly recommend Evergreen to care for you and your needs during a difficult time

Just under a week ago, we lost our gorgeous syrian hamster, Clementine, after a sudden brief illness. I came across Evergreen online, pulled in by the fact hamsters were specifically listed in their prices. I phoned in the evening and arranged for Clementine to be collected the next morning. Jamie was an absolute angel, showing kindness and compassion throughout. Clementine was returned in a gorgeous scatter tube, with a little certificate. I am so grateful for the wonderful support we received from Evergreen - it’s abundantly clear that they care endlessly about every single pet 🐹🧡

I cannot thank Jamie and Dean at evergreen pet cremation enough. 2 weeks ago my beautiful boy Larry past away at home with us, he had been part of our family for 14 years and at this hard time Jamie stepped in and made the whole process as smooth as it could be. We had him back with us the same day, not only is he in a beautiful wooden cat urn we also have fur and paw prints, by boys were so upset too so evergreen also gave them there own small scatter tube and some fur. Thankyou so much Jamie and Dean for taking good care of our Larry 💙

They took really good care our our lovly girl Anne (after she passed away in her sleep) all the team really cared about what we wanted and showed such care for how we feeling

When we lost our boy max, the thought of handing him over to anyone was so painful but a friend reccomended Jamie at evergreen. From the moment I met jamie she was so kind and I knew that she would look after our boy as if he were her own. She was so lovely and at a terrible time for our family it gave me comfort. We had our boy back with us in a matter of days and we and he were shown the respect and love we needed at this awful time.

From start to finish Jamie was incredible. She was so empathetic, caring and helpful. She looked after my Chi so lovingly as if he was her own. I would 110% recommend Evergreen.

Jamie sorted everything out from start to finish after the loss of my dog. I would defiantly recommend Evergreen when you are in need of help at a sad time.

Our cat Alfie died at home aged 18 1/2. I emailed Evergreen that evening and had a reply from Jamie straight away - she even offered that we could bring him that same evening. Excellent service from family company. The only thing is, I advise having their collection service if you can; we found delivering/ collecting a bit awkward as they seem not to have an office.

My 13 year old Springer Spaniel died suddenly on Saturday I was griefstricken at how sudden it was. As it was a weekend I had no idea what to do & a friend searched the net found this company & Jamie arranged to meet us in Cobham Surrey the next day (Sunday.) They also can collect your pet from your home, Jamie & her husband provided a very professional service, with great understanding of how much Ruby was loved. Jamie told me I would have Ruby's ashes by Tuesday. I asked about payment etc & she said to text her my details. All messages were answered quickly by Evergreen. To my surprise they had Ruby's ashes ready that same Sunday evening for me & delivered her back to me. What a great service - I have a cylinder shaped scatter box with Ruby's ashes, a little jar of her fur as a keepsake and a certificate of Cremation. I cannot reccommed this company more highly for their understanding care & professionalism.
