I had my company van booked in for service
The service from the desk staff was 10 out of 10 and thay also kept me informed all the way through the while u wait appointment and also 5 star to the guys who cleaned my van on collection

From booking the vehicle in for the service nothing was left to chance with reminders, polite reception, coffee while you wait, updates, completion, cleaning the car and follow up. Thank you

Excellent service .receptionist was very help full and polite was offered a coffee when I arrived and told me how my car was doing on its first mot. All so made me another drink as I waited for my car. Came and seen me to let me know car was finished and was out side waiting for me. Car was all so cleaned when I got it back .excellent service

Angela and her colleagues at Evans Halshaw were polite, friendly and extremely helpfuI. I was kept informed about the service to my car and it was explained to me why it might be a good idea to make a minor improvement to the vehicle. The car was given a clean bill of health and it was returned to me in a clean condition. I have nothing but praise for the staff I had contact with, but also the staff behind the scenes that actually performed the car service.

As usual, excellent service and provided courtesy transport to my home when I dropped the car off. Very helpful reception staff who kept me fully informed. Service & MOT completed in a few hours and included vehicle health check video.

Dealer managed to get me in at short notice and completed service within 2 hours, friendly and professional service staff made all the difference.

Took car in for service . Greeted by friendly helpful staff member on service desk . Everything explained clearly. Received video of general vehicle check and also a phone call advising that service nearly completed. Picked up vehicle which had been washed externally.

Had my car in for an MOT and as usual first class service was looked after perfectly and made comfortable and only took 2 hours. Staff are all amazing and welcoming car was looked after perfectly.

Our experience could not have been better, the car is a mobility car and as I can’t drive at the moment they sent someone round to pick up the car early morning and sent a video of the work they had done for the service and then the car was delivered back to us.

Sold my car to the Middlesbrough branch after being promised a fast pay out and ‘seamless transition’.
After dealing with sales agent Peter, I was informed that my outstanding car finance would be settled and the remaining money would be transferred into my account after 48 working hours (MAX). I was happy with this and signed the necessary paperwork- completing the sale.

The sale was completed on a Friday so, I was happy with the explanation that the funds may reach my account after the weekend.

I was told: “if your lucky, you may receive the pay out this evening or at absolutely latest Monday evening”.

As the weekend passed I called the sales team to reconfirm when the money would be deposited into my account. I was told that the funds would reach my account by that very evening. I asked if he can double check that everything was on track, and I would be definitely paid. I was firmly ensured that I would be paid out ‘defiantly’ by that evening.

Needless to say, I didn’t receive the funds Within that time frame. The finance still shows as outstanding and i’m having to chase for my money. Delaying the process of me purchasing another car.

At the time of this review i’m 5 days post car sale and still have no funds***

This is not the first time this has happened either. I’ve been Misled by the very same garage before and it took over a week of me chasing, Multiple phone-calls backwards and forwards to get my funds (A car deposit refund).

I’m aware the payments are not sent from the store it’s self but, from the payments department elsewhere. However, there’s questionable levels of integrity displayed here by staff.
They should not be promising customers with timeframes if they can not be adhered too. For a second time.

You would think from a sales agent with over 15 years of experience within the company. He would know better. I’m highly disappointed to say the least.
