As usual I take my car for mot and Angela kept me informed of progress even organised a valet after the mot

Took my car in for 3rd Service to Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Middlesbrougheverything as expected from booking service to collection of vehicle upon completion including complimentary washing of my car. The only downside is this branch no longer provide collection of customers car or customer drop off and collection upon completion of serviceand as the garage is not on public transport route it maked taking to and collection of customer's vehicle arkward for tghosenot living nearby

we have just bought a car from Evans Halshaw. and during the guarantee period we detected a problem. Evan Halshaw were quick to resolve the problem. I would congratulate Evan Halshaw on their excellent customer service. very professional. Personnel were exceptional, polite, friendly and very helpful to identify the problem and implement the solution. Angela was wonderful from start to finish. Nothing seemed too much trouble, there was regular contact after booking a provisional appointment to make sure that the timings worked around me and my schedule.
Darren is also a credit to the branch, sorting an issue with no drama.
Angela was a pleasure to speak to at the branch and kept me updated throughout the service with any potential future issues.
All in all an extremely fuss free, pleasurable and professional experience and I have no hesitation to return.

Car has just had its first MOT and health check. Health check included video and paperwork so you could see everything that they checked and the results.
Angela was the receptionist we dealt with, very helpful and friendly, received a follow up call the next day to check that everything was okay.
Definitely recommend using this garage.

Complete cowboys son bought a car from them paid top price had a couple of years went for a price off them and got a insult of a price bearing in mind he was a good customer for years won’t go back again

Had major service done with Evans halshsaw, a few issues were identified that needed doing straight away, because of the work that needed doing it came to a large amount which I couldn't pull out straight away so Angela who was dealing with me recommended spreading the payment, she was very helpful with the process which made it easy and straightforward. Angela was very helpful and explained everything when it came to reviewing my service documents. Couldn't fault anything.

Always get a very warm welcome off Angela the senior service advisor, Angela always keep you updated on progress of vehicle, and offers great advice on how to pay through bumper scheme which I found very good as no need to pay in one lump sum so spread the cost interest free

Perfect experience as always service was done faster then I thought so always great , Angela on the deck was absolutely wonderful so helpful and told me anything I needed to know, service is always brilliant I would never go anywhere else always recommend this company to everyone, customer service is spot on , timing perfect and fitted around my life overall I’ll see you all next year for my smooth service again.

The service I received was excellent. Angela and her team were very professional though out the whole experience. Angela called me with regular updates though out the day and I received a follow up call the day after from Angela to see If the car was running ok and if I was happy. Totally recommend the Middlesbrough team

No waiting around as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome an offer of help. I was directed to the service desk to leave my car key for a service provisionally booked . The lady was very lovely friendly and helpful . Customer service was excellent and was lovely to be greeted by my first name when collecting my car later.

On leaving the garage after a service I got a puncture / screw in tyre. There was no wheel locking nut so unable to get the wheel off to carry out repair. I Contacted the garage and initially was not satisfied due to lack of communication and miss communication. Eventually after several attempts to get this rectified I spoke Angela. Both Angela and Darren Immediately dealt with my concerns. I was able to get the car back to the garage and new locking nut was ordered and work on repair was completed.
As always they went above and beyond to put things right and quickly dealt with my concerns.

Went for annual service found lots wrong technicians brilliant drives like anew car Angela kept me informed all the way deserves a rung up the. Ladder 10 out 10

Don’t be fooled by these reviews I’m an ex motor trade professional of 20 years experience. I visited this branch today with my daughter and I have to say the salesman was poor, because we wasn’t interested in finance and all the products they offered a poor p/x price the whole experience was disappointing we went to JCT 600 seat in Leeds to see a similar vehicle these guys are so professional we inquired about this vehicle the week before on line and they insisted on them sending us a video of the vehicle when we arrived to view it the whole experience was so different to Evans Halshaw Middlesbrough the p/x price was a £1000 more regardless of cash or finance or products so we purchased the car and also decided to take gap insurance and an extended warranty.

Excellent customer service from the receptionist. Extremely helpful and dealt with all our enquiries.
