My service was due on my car and a lovely lady helped me get it sorted within 2 days. I dropped my car off at 9.15 and it was ready by 12.30, it had been cleaned inside and out which was great. Definitely recommend vauxhall Middlesbrough.

Bought a car from the Middlesbrough branch, failed to tell me a 12 month old car only had one key, contacted them via email several times with no response and called to speak to salesman several times with no return to my calls. Shocking service. Seriously consider buying here if you want good customer service

Booked for Annual service...
I had my car booked in for it's annual service through Motability. The garage is a welcoming and clean place and you can help yourself to refreshments.. Everyone is friendly, especially the service staff, they are so polite and welcoming. Angela looked after my husband and I. She is so lovely, friendly and always greet you with a smile. Nothing is a problem for her as I had a hospital appointment late that afternoon and she helped to make everything go through no worries. She really goes above and beyond for everyone she meets. The service went really well and the technician sends a video for you to see what he has done and if anything is needing attention. In our case a tyre. All was done and a clean car came back to us and we made my hospital appointment. I would highly recommend this garage.

Fantastic from start to finish.
I have a service plan which covers service and MOT (I would recommend this as it spreads the cost over the year), and from the initial booking right up until the follow up call I could not have asked for anything better.
Yes, needed some work doing to the car which cost, but that is the pleasure of car ownership - and she is 11 years old so I cant complain.
Ella was courteous and her communication was excellent, even when due to late part delivery they allowed me to have the courtey car for a further day.

Booked for my annual service. Very good experience Angela was very polite and helpful she made the whole process very easy and straight forward. A couple of issues were picked up with the car both addressed one covered by manufacturers warranty that I didn't know I had. Highly recommend.

Keith Mafukidze welcomed me to the branch in a most friendly and comfortable fashion enabling me to feel at ease from the outset. In providing me with a car valuation he was honest friendly and professional. A true gentleman and an excellent car representative for the company. He took me through the process professionally and smoothly providing me with a very honest valuation in what seemed like a partnership rather than a hard sell. A pleasure to deal with Keith, an asset to the company. The valuation was very acceptable and better than those i had gained from other companies.
