Terrible never again
Terrible never again, I'll be glad to be rid of this terrible garage. Took motability car for service was told it takes 2 hours. 3 hours later im still sat waiting they're saying it'll be done soon, the fatigue and pain is now too much I've been out the house for far too long without my medications. I start vomiting in a bag, a further 2 hours i sit there vomiting in a bag waiting for my car. I look to the right and see the mechanics stood around eating ice creams.
Beyond a joke and its due again next week for mot which i am dreading because they will no doubt keep me sat around 4 or 5 hours and i will end up in a flare up vomiting in a bag again.
Car goes back end of may and glad to be rid of this shambles of a garage.

Stay well clear dont waste money on warranty
Thay are all lovely when your looking to buy a car .Dont want to know after .DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY. Its where they make thier money I paid nearly £1000 for 3 years warranty had another garage said warranty would cover. Then the guy says not covered and makes some excuse saying it was error on my part showed loads the video all said straight away what it was wish ii haf read reviews earlier shocking. I will never buy another car off them took it to independent garage after who said car had loads new stuff put in but there was obviously still an underlying problem I had to top up with oil every 3 months trying to get through on phone they dont answer. Never in all my years of having cars have I ever had problems like this one Took them 6 weeks before they could even take car to be looked

Good service overall.
Big welcoming smile from Sarah as I arrived to drop my car off for its MOT at 8.25am
Smooth process with friendly helpful staff.
Only negative was I requested my vehicle back for no later than 2pm but didn't get it back until nearly 3pm due to them having a full calendar of services/MOTs and only one person doing the vehicle valeting. Might be worth having an extra person to help out on days like that.

Motabilaty Dealership
To say this is a Motabilaty dealership the customer care is discussing. I dread to think how their staff are treated
I can’t be the only customer with health issues that need their car collected ,or unable to sit and wait for hours.
My son helped me, he asked them to ring him when they’d done the service, they couldn’t be assed, I rang them and we got held up in rush hour traffic instead of a 15 min driver took nearly an hour to get home. That’s a bloody long time when you don’t feel well.

Not worth one star
I gave this one star as I couldn't give it zero. I went into the showroom yesterday with the intention of buying a new car. The female on reception was most forbidding and stern;she did not speak at all. There were two males sitting at desks. One looked down and the other sucked on his water bottle like a baby. Nobody spoke to me or tried any form of interaction. Clearly, they are not interested in selling cars! Or maybe they didn't think I merited their oh so valuable attention. I'll go to a dealership which does want to sell and shows a little more respect than these 3 "employees". Evans Halshaw - times are bad if you are employing such poor quality "people"!!
Re your reply with vacuous, meaningless apology.
Why is it that you arrogant disorganizations demand that one "provide more details of your experience to our customer service team"? What good will that serve? - apart from keeping truthful comments out of public readership to protect your dreadful Leeds branch. I have explained matters fully already so what "concerns" will they "investigate" and what can they "make things right" for me?
Evans Halshaw, you need a thorough customer service overhaul.
