Car in for MOT by appointment. All necessary work notified to me prior to being carried out. All done in timely manner and within costs estimated. All staff very friendly and professional

Someone came from the garage to collect the car and he was very nice, polite. We gave him car key walked him out to car and away he went. The car was delivered back to us everything done a checked they also included a video walkabout the car in the email they sent with checklist.

car was in for a service, was such an easy process phoned up got booked in and needed to request a courtesy car which was also such an easy process, got there on the day all i had to do was sign some paperwork for insurance on the courtesy car and away i went. was kept updated on the lead up to the appointment and through out. service was done and completed in no time at all and as a new driver i was worried about these aspects of having a car but the team at Evans Halshaw were amazing so helpful and made the process so easy.

Car in for service , not the favourite time for any motorist but Evan’s halshaw made the experience easy and quick. Staff were courteous and professional, so I’ve got my favourite garage in my sat nav so sorted from now on ….

car was picked up home an returned only problem was the wait for switch was kept up to date with all the the dates when switch would be arriving and when repair would be done. So it was very help full.

I bought a used car 3 weeks ago but had an engine warning light come on so called the service centre, it was booked in for the next day and all I can say is the service I got was brilliant, from purchasing the car to dealing with the repair, I even got a lift home and my car was brought to my house when the repair was done, this is above and beyond any garage I've dealt with in the past, well done Evans Halshaw Kilmarnock you have the best staff.

Picked car up not serviced as requested, car then serviced lost 3 hours of my Saturday! on way home checked add blue still not filled up. Feel like once you have paid they are not interested.

From the first phone call to arranging the service was so easy.
I asked for my car to be uplifted and then returned, again that was very easy.
I liked the fact that I could see how things were progressing.
Also the staff were so friendly

Beware the highwayman!! taken in with their fair offer, then they proceeded to inspect my car to find nothing but fault, needless to say after this ordeal, my car was worth nothing like the original offer.
I have now taken my business to another local garage who treat their customers with more respect.
Shame on you, Evans Halshaw sales team!

Jamie at Kilmarnock service desk was professional from the start of my journey to the end. He logged the issue with the car, kept me in the loop throughout the investigation process and made sure he communicated everything back to me. When the car was ready, he arranged for Archie to collect me, this was the icing on the cake, as I was struggling to get to the garage under my own steam.
The service I received from Jamie was top class. In addition to all of my comments, Jamie was a total professional.?
