Unable to think of anything untoward with any aspect of my contact and dealings with Evans.

First time I've ever had an mot that I've had nothing needed done. Really trustworthy staff, the girl that served me (not sure of her name, she had shoulder length brown hair) was really lovely, chatty,exceptional customer service. Booking in for my service next month. Highly recommend

Very happy with the service I received for servicing of two vans. I was kept informed of the progress, via email and telephone call. Staff very friendly.

I booked my car in for a service and MOT and from the get go I was met with friendly and well informed service and customer care staff particularly David and Lynne. They kept me advised through the day and I got me car back in the planned time. these staff clearly know their business and are a credit to Evans Halshaw. I have trust in this firm due to excellent customer care unlike another major firm where I will not return

My car was in recently at Evans Halshaw Kilmarnock Branch for an MOT/Service the whole experience was smooth and the quality was of a high standard. From dropping car off at reception until pickup I was kept up to date with all aspects through phone and video, great service… keep up the good work.

Having a Vauxhall Combo van with issues whilst still under warranty is very stressful, but entrusting it to Evans Halshaw has been made easier by the customer service staff, David, Nan and Lynne.
Always a friendly welcome and advised of what work has been carried out. Mechanics not always resolving the issues, but hopefully this time, fingers crossed, they have.
David, Nan and Lynne are welcoming on the phone and in person. They have managed to get my vehicle in relatively quickly on the few occasions the problems have arisen.

Had my car service and MOT here last week. They did a good job and looked after my car. Lynne is very pleasant. On this occasion was advised of a brake fluid change. They also cleaned and vacuumed my car.

Car was picked up and and returned later on the same day.Driver was very polite and courteous,Iwas phoned and kept update of what was required of the car.

I start off by apologising to the staff who were excellent. However I cannot Rate Vauxhall highly. I was to take my car in for it's annual Service and MOT. However the Friday before the car was due to go in it broke down. Turns out the thermostat had failed. When I was called on the Saturday to remind me I informed the person who called of the problem. She replied that they would check out the fault and arrange for repair. Now when I purchased the car it came with a "Lifetime Warranty." Which is great. However the garage had no loan cars available so due to the long delay in receiving the replacement parts, I was two weeks without what can be an essential car. At this point the dealership will remain nameless ( Not AC) as there are still issues with the car that have to be resolved. They promise me prompt attention. I will have to wait and see. By the way Still no loan car.

Very positive experience from both the sales team and service department at Evans Halshaw Kilmarnock, everything handled seamlessly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car from this branch.

Having used a variety of different service providers, I can honestly say my recent experience with Evans Halshaw, Kilmarnock was one of the best. From the service booking experience, communication, competitive price and overall customer service, specifically from Nan, has been second to none.

I would highly recommend.

Car in for service, fan belt change and front brakes discs and pads change everything was great from start to finish quality and value for money, car was bought from there and serviced every year there cannot fault anything.

My experience with the garage in Kilmarnock was top class couldn’t have gone any better the guy I delt with (Garry) was very professional and talked me through everyone to do with the whole process and it couldn’t have been better I will definitely be heading back there again

Went looking for a used car to replace my old 2011 mini, didn't know what i wanted, but knew i wanted to pay no more than £229 a month for it, anyway i turned up and was looking around the cars for sale, and saw Jason, who looked after us without pressuring me, giving me loads of options for that monthly payment, and he even showed me cars available from other branches that were also in my price range, long story short I found another Mini, the bigger countryman, Jason was great, also offered me things like alloy wheel cover in case i kerbed the new ones on the countryman,,,I didn't take any extras as that would've taken me over the budget, again, thank you Jason for making the experience a good one 5*s

Hopeless again. Swore I'd never be back after a terrible experience in 2008 after paying cash for a brand new car. This time was just as bad. Nothing but issues, which they blamed my partner for who doesn't even drive the car. Could go on and on. Stay well clear.

Purchase that has left me financially devestated.

I Bought an Audi A1 in 2022, broke down within a few weeks of purchase, was fixed by them, repeated this process 3 times over a year - including one time when they kept it for nearly three months over christimas. Now their statutory responsiblities have expired they want nothing to do with the cars numerous and ongoing issues.

Now I have a car I have only been able to actually drive for 7 months out of the 13 I have owned it and now requires £4,000 worth of repairs to be roadworthy - its been financially devestating and I am paying finance on a car I cannot afford to fix so I can actually drive it. As a single parent with two young children this has been unbelievably stressfull . Its the worst case scenario when buying a used car, and exactly the type of situation you go to a reputable car dealership to avoid. I felt I had done everything right choosing Evans and still cannot believe I am in this situation and I have no idea what to do next. Im sick with worry.

I would encourage anyone not buy anything here without having it independently assesed by a mechanic, you cannot trust their word.
