Recently had my service and MOT done on same day here, car was ready, washed and vacced in less than 3 hours! Really impressed with customer service here too, Lewis was superb, phoned with an update of when the car would be ready to collect and brought it round to the front for me! Alan is also always very friendly, always saying hello. Really friendly atmosphere at this branch

On a recall by Vauxhall for oil injector
Don’t know if the injector was done as I was told it had only had a oil and filter change done
Also told engine undertray was damaged but couldn’t see this on video
I checked undertray and found it looked ok but was covered in old engine oil also front tyres had old engine oil on them no service book was filled to say what had been done even though I was told to leave it Did try to sell me a service plan though. Needless to say I won’t be going back

Sadly this is an ongoing saga.
Sadly this is an ongoing saga, the company definitely giving the impression that they do not want to see me. It took a lot of persistence to get the car back in after purchase to look at the faults and then they deny any exist. One fault is supposed to be corrected but I have not yet had opportunity to road test and check. I am still awaiting the service history which seems to have been mysteriously mislaid.

I would never ever buy another car from…
I would never ever buy another car from here,had a warning light on dash after 10 days of buying the car for them to say it’s not covered in the warranty I argued that’s it’s covered in the 3 month warranty when you first buy the car so they done a forced regen on the car,6 weeks later same fault ,they have done another forced regen and said it’s had an update as well which was a lie as I checked this on the car hasn’t had one since 31/01/2025 I can’t complain about Alex the salesperson but the service team are useless told me the car was at another garage across the road but I’m linked to car so knew it was parked at Evans halshaw all day as it tell me when it was driven as well have screen shots to prove this
