Whilst the parts for my car were unavailable for 5 months which is a disgrace THIS WAS NOT THE FAULT OF EVANS HALSHAW.
The staff I came in contact with were always so sympathetic to my frustration waiting for parts from RENAULT who should be ashamed of being a so called motor manufacturer.
Again I stress that this was not the fault of EVANS HALSHAW.

Incredibly unhappy. Penny pinching service department and the new Dacia is essentially defective after 2 months - with little support from the garage to rectify the problems.
The parking sensors keep going off on the motor way while driving on a straight road, The lane assist keeps trying to veer me into lanes with oncoming traffic and the back logo on my Dacia is already sliding half way down my boot - and even though there is an 8 year warranty - the garage refused to fix it, because the 'Sales Department Budget won't pay for it'....

I had an outstanding experience buying my car thanks to Faye McDonald. From the moment I walked in, Faye was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale.
She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Her honesty, patience, and friendly approach made me feel confident every step of the way.
Nothing was too much trouble, and her excellent customer service really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring their customers are happy.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Faye McDonald to anyone looking to buy a car. She made what can often be a daunting experience enjoyable and straightforward. Five-star service from start to finish!

Absolute rip of merchants. Took premium warranty when bought car almost £1000 for 2yrs. Wipers stop working think no problem im covered. Take it to garage we want £156 to look at. NEVER told this when took policy out. So have to pay it. Next have you had car serviced?. Yes I tell them. Can we see invoice. Show invoice. Ahh it's not a VAT registered garage so it's invalid. Was NEVER told this wad told could take it to my local garage that been using for years when I bought the car. So car isnt getting fixed unless pay there ridiculous prices and im not getting my £156 . So going to have to take it to my local garage who's quoted £70 to fix it. PLEASE AVIOD THESE TOTAL RIP OFF MERCHANTS. Nice as pie when they are taking money off you but dont want to know when something goes wrong with your car.

From the polite staff at booking car in for service, we got sent a step by step video of the service of car showing us the car’s bodywork and explaining in detail. I found this really useful. Excellent customer service and really quick time.
