5 Star Experience.
We collected our new Dacia Sandero Stepway Extreme, from Evans Halshaw Sheffield, just in time for the wife’s birthday, on the 27th. March.
The whole transaction was a pleasure from start to finish, thanks to Daniel, who could not have been any more helpful. He was a joy to deal with and made the whole enterprise from giving us a part-exchange price for our old car to us driving away with our shiny new Dacia.
So, again thanks, Daniel, we hope your commission for the sale is appropriate with your sales expertise.
This is the fifth new vehicle we have purchased, over the years, from Evens Halshaw, Sheffield and in every deal we have had nothing but five star treatment.

Purchase and delivery of new Clio E-tech 145 full hybrid
I have bought several Renault cars from EH Sheffield Renault over a number of years. The service I received from them purchasing my new Clio this month (March 2024) was absolutely first class in every respect, as have all my dealings with them over the years. Nigel made our experience at your car sales fantastic he was very friendly and courteous and patient with my husband and me we went to choose our first mobility car ( our first ever new car ) he explained everything about the motability.When we went to pick the car up he was once again very patient with my husband showing him everything about the car my husband isn't very tech privy so the fobs and all what goes with it was explained to him.Nigel also told us anything we are not sure about just pop down and he will gladly help.He is a real credit to your company.So once again Nigel Thankyou very much for a lovely first time getting a brand new car thankyou.

Really poor if your not prepared to negotiate on prices. Still think car sales are booming? Would have bought the vehicle if they would knock a couple of hundred quid of a £14,000 car. Their loss. I went elsewhere.

In regard to the pricing of the vehicles, we have a dedicated team who research our vehicles on a daily basis to ensure we are the lowest in the area, therefore there would not be any room for negotiation.
We do however also offer a price promise and price guarantee on all our vehicles too.
I will however ensure that all this feedback is passed over to the relevant leadership team, so they can take this on board.
