Outstanding level of support. Made the whole experience easy. Very helpful and informative. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted in quick time. Excellent customer service from Scott who is an excellent ambassador for the company. I would and have recommended the company and the help and aftercare.

Great when they’re selling you a car but terrible when things go wrong with said car within 2 months of purchase!

What peugeot diagnosed in 1 hour, my own mechanic elsewhere couldn't achieve in months. The technology is brilliant and the staff are very helpful.

front door was damaged while in the garage. Still waiting on a response from the garage. The lack of parking is an issue.

Went in today to change our motability car for a new model, we were served by James, he was amazing. Very polite, he guided us through the options and made absolutely sure we were happy with our choice. He was both professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend this person if you are looking for a new car and want to be treated with genuine respect.

Dissatisfied from day one on picking up car. Two years on major service required on service plan taken at time of sale. Basic service given, no one willing to take responsibility for error

Bought a car in July 2024 from a Mansfield branch, sales person brilliant 👍we did the normal Things checked the mot history etc all seemed to be ok only, only 1 thing on the advisory which was one tyre and was sorted. I did ask for a new mot was refused and was told it went though all the normal checks and everything was great. might I add the car had only got 15121 on the clock. Now 7 months later it’s had its first service and health check, to be told that all the disks and pads need urgently replacing as well as the other 3 tyres. Now I bet people are thinking 7 months seems about right I UNTIL I checked what we had done in it and the millage is now only at 17950 ish miles meaning it’s done 2829ish miles in 7 months . And being quoted nearly £900 Surely this can’t be right! them saying we’ll investigate to make sure it don’t happen again DOSE NOT help the fact it’s going to cost us over £1000 to put this right. UP DATEED 10/2/25 ( AS I SAID YOU’LL MAKE SURE THIS DONT HAPPEN AGAIN ⬇️) WHY DONT YOU LOOK AFTER THE CUSTOMERS U HAVE!!

Wouldn’t bother buying a car from here I had two in less than a month and both have had major faults … plus this is my second review as my first had been deleted.No guessing why …

Helpful and very communicative throughout

My Peugeot 3008 needed a new EGR Valve and I was quoted a initial price of 960 pounds . When picking up my vehicle the price had shot up to 1500 pounds which I thought was ridiculous. I paid the sum but will find a local garage next time .

Went to Evan’s Halshaw in Mansfield to look at a car for my daughter. Was met outside by the lovely Matt Neath who offered us to come in and have a chat. Through the buying process Matt assured my daughter that at any point she could say stop or no and never pushed her to make any decision. We truly felt looked after by him and made it such a special time for her. We would recommend anyone to go as all staff were lovely including jimmy who helped us also. I recently bought a used car from here. Matt was brilliant, very friendly, informative and ensured that he answered all of my queries especially as I am someone who doesn’t know a great deal about cars.

Saw a pre owned VW Polo advertised on auto trader at the Mansfield dealership (112 miles from our home) for our daughter. Telephoned the dealership twice to check condition before paying £200 deposit and setting off - specifically asked if there was any damage above what you would expect 6 year wear and tear and if the car was ready to go and specifically valeted. Told it was great condition and ready to go, no issues but unfortunately they were unable to send a video due to technical issues. After 3 hour drive in thick fog arrived and immediately saw two large stone chips in the bonnet deep to the metal work and cracked casing on the wing mirror amongst other issues . Additionally the car was very dirty and had only been given a ‘superficial’ clean not a ‘detailed clean’ (?!) . Asked salesman why he hadn’t told me about these issues and he said he hadn’t noticed them - I said but I saw them immediately, really you should have looked properly - response ‘no it is my job to sell the car.’. Interesting. Garage weren’t prepared to discount vehicle for us to repair at home and weren’t able to repair themselves due to body shop not opening until 5th Jan…. But we would need to pay in full in advance if we wanted this. All in all bad experience, did not handover the £10,500 and drove 3 hours home without the car. All in all 8 hour round trip however glad did not buy - very bad experience of this garage, would not trust .
