My vehicle had an MOT and a service, and a bonus (free!) wash!
I booked my vehicle in for a service and MOT via a 3rd party website, which I got for a decent price.
Evans Halshaw confirmed the booking the next working day (I'd booked over the weekend), although they did initially inform me that because it had been booked via a 3rd party site, they had other work already booked in, so although I had booked an AM slot, it might take a little longer. Not a problem.
Took the vehicle up, it was a very packed out car park, but I managed to squeeze in to a parking spot.
Great customer services and 3 hours later, I received a phone call informing me that the car was ready for collection. They provide a link to the vehicle health check, and also provided a hard copy of the same. They also sent me a link to a video which apparently showed the vehicle being inspected, although I couldn't get it to work - the URL didn't work.
As part of the service, they also washed the vehicle. Never had that before and was pleasantly surprised. (they did a decent job as well might I add!)
Overall, very impressed with the service provided and it was also at a very reasonable price..

Communication was good. The only downside was when phoning up there wasn't an option for reception only departments and I kept getting the wrong person but everyone was nice and helpful, all went smoothly.
