Great experience from start to finish big mention to Toby and his colleagues for helping me out best they can and even though they finished at 6 still stayed a little over after a couple complications highly recommend MG Grantham

After previously having bought at Evans Halshaw in Milton Keynes, returning as a buyer, was appalled with the customer service. I decided to travel to Grantham myself to view the car I wanted. I was greeted by Toby King who looked after my interests, provided excellent service and made the sale seamless keeping me informed of every stage. Toby was really helpful. I went into the branch on off chance after never thinking of an mg before. He helped me look around and identified my car that I have now purchased. He arranged a test drive and part exchange for my old vehicle. A really great way to buy a new car

Delta with by Toby King, his customer service was brilliant dealing with a few complications and trying to resolve everything making it run as smooth as possible. Gave me all options, explained it very clearly but never pushed me to go for anything. Only issue (if to be picky) is it felt like ages to pick up the car having waited so long for the new part to arrive

Grantham showroom - Jack went above and beyond to help me transition from my Ford Puma to the new MG3. He was very patient with me answering all my questions and helping me transition from a manual car to an automatic hybrid! Excellent customer care. Unfortunately Jack was on. A/L when it was time to collect my new car but his colleague Dan again was brilliant and very patient with me answering my questions despite how silly they must have seemed… Thank you to both of you for helping me in this process.

Recently purchased a Hyundai Ioniq. Very simple and hassle free process, from the minute I stepped in I was welcomed by Toby who was brilliant in advising me on my options with a few vehicles that took my interest. My first vehicle on a finance deal and he was very clear over the plan and the figures involved. When it came to getting the vehicle this was very flexible around my work schedule and was bought to me with my old car being driven back in return as part of the trade deal. Was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish and would highly recommend!
