What can I say about the the lovely young lad Mason Wilson he definitely went above and beyond ,he was so polite and helpful thank you Mason

I found them to be efficient and informative . The gentleman Roy , collected and delivered my vehicle was so well mannered and polite ..well done to him

Made a telephone enquiry about a car I had seen on Autotrader and was impressed with how friendly and informative the salesman Ryan was. So much so that my husband and I drove over the bridge to Hull ( a 45 minute drive) We were met by Ryan who then arranged a test drive for me with Mason. What a lovely lad Mason is! A truly happy guy who worked had to build a good rapport with us. He wasn't pushy and answered any questions I had courteously, and was both personable and professional. Needless to say a good deal was done and 3 days later I drove off the forecourt in my new car. Mason, I feel you will do well in the future in whatever you do as you have a brilliant attitude. Keep doing what you're doing and don't change. P.S You're a great dad too!

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the receptionist and my car returned to me clean and serviced.

Super service, competent workforce, pleasant surroundings, good coffee.

Arranged to test drive a new Sorrento - could not decided between the diesel and the hybrid model so arranged to test drive both on the same day (agreed with the dealership representative in advance)- we had to travel quite a way and on arrival they had made no arrangement for either - however did make the diesel available and said they would get the hybrid ready - however on return from the first test drive the sales man said “the powers that be wouldn’t allow the hybrid to go out” - (the salesman also did not know much about the car he was trying to sell as could not be bothered or to answer simple questions. We have been KIA owners for over 10 years but will now elsewhere due to the can’t be bothered attitude of Evans Halshaw

Evans Halshaw (Hessle) always give me first class service. They collect my car at the appointed time, and deliver it back at the time they said, with everything done as I asked. Documentation is superb, with everything they have done accounted for in detail. I can only congratulate them on annual on-going care of my car.

The poor after sales service continues at Evans Halshaw Kia in Hull. I recently hit a bird in the car resulting in a damaged front bumper. I contacted EH to see if they could help with the repair. My enquiry was passed on to someone else and that was the last I heard. I called this person who said they weren't aware of the issue even though I was copied in on the e mail that was sent to them. They said they would get someone from the appropriate department to contact me. No one called back. I called the dealership again two days later and managed to speak to someone who quoted for the parts and said they would call me back once they had a figure for the paintwork. I did get a call back this time only to be told that they don't sort paintwork anymore. I was recommended an independant accident repair shop elsewhere and they would have nothing to do with the repair. I just felt the dealership just couldn't be bothered to sort out the repair. Be aware, although the initial buying experience may good, once you have driven away they just don't want to know you.

The experience up to the point of handover was excellent with good communications. However, once handover completed, and all documents signed that was the last I heard from the sales department. No follow up to see how things were or if I needed anything assistance with anything. There was a problem with the car which could not be resolved on the day and it took a call to Kia Connect services before I got a call back from the dealership to book the car in. Thankfully, the issue was sorted in the day and I was loaned a car while mine was with the service department. I have had no follow up from the sales department at all since collection day, however, the service technician was very good and explained things very well.

The young lady in the showroom who dealt with our paperwork was friendly & efficient. She is a great asset to your company. Made our experience easy & comfortable.

Great service at KIA Hull. No pressure to buy, all questions answered honestly. Ryan was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful guy. Would definitely recommend. PS….. the car’s awesome.

I was pleased they did my repair in a timely manner as due to it being new year they were not sure when it could be done
