Connor was absolutely fantastic,

Helped my brother get out his car and into a new one with brilliant customer service went above and beyond highly recommend going to see him

I had viewed a used car online and decided to go have a look. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesman (Connor Carter) who arranged a test drive. Connor went through all of the options and really tried, but I was on a tight budget and eventually opted for the paint & fabric treatment. Iam so far pleased with the vehicle. Thank you.

Fully explained and helped me get a car sorted and driven away same day, helped by a young salesman called Connor

Excellent service from Sophie Catermole and the Kia service team at Hull. Worth noting that on this occasion it was cheaper to book the service via the Kia website than it was with the dealer?

I was dealt with a polite and very helpful manner at all times due my visit at Evans Halshaw Kia in Hull whilst my car was getting dealt with by a member of staff called Sophie she even answered my question about my enquiry concerning my MOT and Service for the car within the New Year she has a very polite and helpful customer service manner at all times and a credit to the company.

Very friendly and helpful staff. (Sophie & Phil - technical staff).

Carlo was great with helping secure a new Sportage.

Carlo was absolutely great and knowledgeable about the vehicle.
Unfortunately the collection of the car was a nightmare due to management interviewing for positions and the only printer is in the management office.
Also car tax was agreed as part of the sale but a different manager had taken the company card home so I had to pay myself.
2.5 hrs to collect a car is unacceptable

Carlos excellent customer service .. welcoming patient.. And went through all details throughly..

Just had my car serviced and MOT, from start to finish I was kept informed and updated on any work and prices that were required. Sophie on the service desk has been very helpful, polite and very knowledgeable with a friendly personality.

Attended for mot / service / free satnav update included with service / and car wash & hoover , on arrival the service advisor Sophie talked me through the car appointment for the works due she was very informative about what was to be done and the time scale of the works I was vey pleased she stated 4 hours and exactly spot on car ready for pick up 4 hours later all completed.
I must also say had a chat about my/mot/service and satnav update with Liam the technician the knowledge and info about my Kia car was very informative put my mind at rest informing all was good , the service I received from these 2 people really states I made the right choice in using the Kia garage priory park hull to look after my car .

I just purchased a news car from Evan Halshaw with the help of Jazzmin who was very polite and attentive, gave a very warm welcome and was very chatty. She went the extra mile, going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the car, and answered all questions asked. Jazzmin was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing the car.

However my only negative is the valet of the car, as it was still quite dirty. I opened the glovebox to find sweets and chocolate all over. As well as the car having mud all on the doors in the front and the boot.

Never in all my time of buying a used car have we felt so pressured into buying every add on scripted by this garage.
Once you get over the point you are not buying 3k worth of adds on the sales team loose interest.
The car has been bought and paid for. We paid extra for delivery to home address as didn’t want to have to travel back to Hull to collect the car ourselves. Arranged for 9/7/25 to be dropped off car is a no show. Trying to speak with sales man Connor Carter was like booking an appoint with your doctors surgery. After numerous calls he did rearrange for today 11/7/25. Car still a no show.
Contacted Evans Kia Hull could you tell us when car is arriving. Yes it’ll be Saturday the 12/7/25.
No one from dealership has contacted us about this change again.
Be warned people the attitude of this dealership is below 1 star for customer service.

Update
Car will be delivered today but air con is not fixed. Even though we told Connor on numerous occasions it wasn’t working.

New sales man Brian has given us letter to book air con into any Evans halshaw to be repaired at any Evans halshaw dealership cost near home. I’ll give Brian a round of applause as he has done his best.
Why though after telling the dealership of problem they didn’t look into air con properly. I’ll give you my opinion it’s because they don’t CARE.
