He was honest and kind, a guy from Liverpool so you know he’s friendly- even free coffee while you wait.
Very happy with my new car, there’s a tiny chip in the paintwork and he’s sorting it for me even though I’ve already paid and left.

First time distance buying a car, James made the process simple and quick - all documentation was sorted over a video call and plenty of videos of the car both interior and exterior provided prior to purchase. Really great service, very friendly.

Great customer service/experience with CarStore Warrington. Car was booked in for an MOT/Service, Gareth was very professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Offered drinks, a drop off/pick up and the new Warrington showroom is really good and the car was ready earlier than we’d expected. Would highly recommend.

Incredible, Genuine People.
Absolutely excellent service from Kevin, Ruth and Alistair at the CareStore in Warrington from the moment enquired about a car I was expertly advised and treated with genuine care. Each one of the staff went the extra mile to provide me with a amazing experience when buying a new car. I could not recommend them more.

Quick and easy from start to finish
Quick and easy from start to finish, Alan initially was extremely helpful and informative and James was the same on the day of purchase. Had all the info I requested and the car was ready to go. No haggling, no hassle. Would definitely buy a car from them again

Wonderful experience
I have recently purchased a mini hatch with Carstore Warrington and I found their services are fantastic!
A big thank you to Adam, his professionalism and the after sales service are highly appreciated ! Once he found me were in doubt, he just called me right away!
And we were impressed with the reception lady, she gave us the warmest welcome ever in car shopping experiences. She gave extra care of our daughter and dog, to make us have a comfortable experience with Carstore.
Shopping with Carstore is highly recommended! We will definitely recommend Carstore with our friends!

Made an enquiry about an Audi A6 and within an hour Kevin sent me a personal video of the car answering all my questions. Once agreed James video called me to do the necessary paperwork which was very quick an easy. Communications excellent throughout my purchase and having made the 150+ mile trip to collect was not disappointed on arrival. Car presented spotless and as described. Overall a smooth and professional service many thanks.
