Hyundai i10 due for 2 year service plan, booking in worked well. Returned to find the car ready for collection with no extra charges.

Evans Halshaw have taken over from Read Hyundai and as a company they are not providing the same services that Read Hyundai did the service for my vehicle was below the standard I expect from a main dealership and I cannot call Evans Halshaw a main dealership when it comes to my experience

Staff were friendly, but due to unqualified staff couldn't do the recall, which was the main reason for the appointment, also we asked for them to check the whining noise coming from the car, claimed it was a stone in the disc but they didn't roadtest it to check that was the problem, car still makes a whining noise. They said they would get back to us about the recall but we have heard nothing

Cracking customer service.
We had visited the showroom previously and spoke to Luke Fraray. He was very helpful and on returning he managed to locate a vehicle that perfectly suited our needs. The whole process was simple and Luke kept in touch and was always timely in reply in to emails and calls to answer any query. Great customer service and we will return in the future.
