Everything was great apart from the actual state of the car when washed on both occasions. Shouldn't have to pay for the car washing again when I paid just short of £400 for a 15000mile service.

2nd Used Car Purchase from EH
I decided to look at an i20 Play that was still being prepped and dealt with Gary. He was super friendly, knew his stuff, and really cared about looking after his customers. There was a delay when it came to collecting the car, which was a little disappointing, but Gary went completely out of his way to sort it out. His solution meant a lot to me. Great customer service!

Had a great experience at Hyundai Doncaster. Nicky in Services is always polite, helpful, and easy to chat with, which makes everything straightforward. The receptionist was welcoming too, offering drinks and biscuits to everyone waiting.
My car was finished on time, and the whole place has a relaxed, customer‑friendly feel. I felt comfortable while waiting and I’m really happy with the service overall.

Excellent Service
Collected my Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid Auto today from Dan, from 1st meeting him always received excellent service, nothing is too much trouble,thanks also go to Graham who sourced me a car and got me on the road within 18 days following a slight problem which was no fault of the dealership. The only disappointment was with the valeting of the vehicle which unfortunately was not to a very good standard but overall very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai
