Very hard to get gold of the team…
Very hard to get gold of the team member dealing with my sale. He was always with other people then told he would phone me back this didn't happen so had to chase the day after lost £250 on a deal ending and this not being added to my finance. Phoned on the day I should have picked up the car to say I can't get it. Which I understood but had to insurance my old car again. Then nothing in the way of compensation. Just left guessing what was happening until I chased again and again

Very misleading and poor communication
Very misleading and poor communication. Email/ callbacks would be nice if they remembered to do it and cutting out things from the initial deals that was made is not a good start to getting a new car. Not all branches are like this as I’ve bought from previous branches before and it went very smooth and easy
