Disappointment
Giving reasons why " no service history" is acceptable to EH and should be acceptable to the customer is a loss of focus.
When taking delivery of Mercedes we were handed keys and told the car is at the door.
Your system needs changing or staff retrained. Common courtesy not an option.
Told the car had TWO owners, when in fact it had FOUR
