Service was good and quick

Had an appointmwnt with joe.he was professional advised me kept me up to date and helping me sort everything out.

Staff were friendly and helpful and work was carried out fully and on time with no issues

My Fiesta has done 13,000 miles in 4 years yet the rear shock absorbers needed changing at considerable expense. They should have lasted much longer, I am 70 so I do not go racing or rallying in it. I have bought Ford for the last 40 years, but never again. Having done some research it appears to be a common problem on newer Fiestas.

A very nice salesman called Joe in Rhos branch, Wrexham. Eager to please and very polite. Answered all my stupid questions .

Company did everything from booking the service, throught to collecting and returning our car, friendly staff and video of service carried out by engineer.

Bought a second hand car from the Wrexham branch in 2022. We were told that the car was originally from the garage and had a full service history with them. When we picked it we asked for the service book but were told it was all online! We trusted them. We have just been to trade the car in with another Ford dealer and they checked the service history online. Several services were not on the system including the one they told us they did just before we bought it. This affected the trade in price I was offered. I contacted the garage on Saturday 11th November 2023 and was told by the lady on reception that she would get Lewis (funnily enough the salesperson who sold us the car) to call us back on the same day and if he did not she would call back! Surprise surprise no call back! Feel like Evans Halshaw sold us a bunch of lies and I have lost out financially. They do not respond. All lies and no customer service….please think twice before purchasing anything from these people!

At 08:15 on 17th October 2023, myself and my niece visited Evans Halshaw, Wrexham to ask for help. On entering the building 3 members of staff were sat at the 3 reception desks. The desk nearest the door was occupied by a stern looking women. She took one look at myself and my niece and immediately turned to the young gentleman on the middle desk and told him to serve us. The young gentleman greeted us both with a smile and asked if he could help. My niece explained that her car (a Ford Fiesta) had broken down and she needed to have it recovered to the Ford garage for assessment and if possible repair. As the young gentleman went to take some details for the computer, the stern looking women suddenly jumped into the conversation and, completely ignoring us, asked the young gentleman to repeat what we had just told him! Once he finished repeating what we had said, the women turned to us both and said that the dealership doesn't provide recovery and any recovery of a vehicle is down to the customer. Her overall attitude was appalling and she would clearly benefit from attending a Customer Service course (or a personality transplant!!). Fine, the dealership doesn't provide a recovery service, so how about recommending a company that does!?!? How does the dealership recover Ford vehicles that have broken down and are still under warranty!?!? And how about booking my niece's vehicle into the dealership for repair!?!? A very poor experience from an employee with a very poor, rude attitude!!!

Very professional. Very helpful from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble. Always at the end of the phone. A good overall experience.

Brilliant service, couldn’t fault them. Got everything done in quick pace. Would recommend!

On time scale given and we'll informed

Had to wait ages for the paperwork to get sorted. Wanted me to hand in keys at 9am and pick up at 5pm? How long do they need my car was outside at 3pm so what took them 35mins to let me pay the bill.

Evans Halshaw Wrexham. I have just had my new car from this dealership and they could not have been more helpful. Joe and Ella guided me through the purchase and handover in an excellent way. On the survey I received from the company I had just put a 4 star for something and Lewis the sales manager contacted me and immediately sorted the one small concern. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough

Experience up until yesterday was okay.... However yesterday my opinion was changed when Santander informed me that to pay my finance off before my first payment had even been made would be £400 more than the amount that I purchased the car. When I bought the car, I explicitly asked if there would be any charges added if I paid it off before the first payment and I was informed no there would not be. Santander told me I only had 2 weeks to settle before charges were added and I should have been informed. I am very unhappy that I was misinformed. I understand probably in the small print somewhere there would be a line stating the above but when I explicitly asked and was reassured I believed him. What a costly mistake..... I have lodged a formal complaint with Santander.

From when we arrived to picking up my new car Chelsea was amazing from the Wrexham branch.
Everything went smoothly from part exchanging my car to purchasing a new one which I absolutely love.
