I walked into the showroom at around 1000 and by 1800 I was driving away in my new van! Huge thanks to Bentley, he was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgable when it came down to helping me make the right choice. A couple of test drives and plenty of coffee put me on the right. He is professional, polite and a credit to the company. I'd highly recommend asking for Bentley as you walk into the showroom 10/10

Aftersales - lack of care
No issue with the sales, it's the total lack of customer care you receive when they sell you something that fails abysmally within about 6 months.
Once they've had your money the problem is yours. Even the fact there is no full service history (that you may not spot so pay close attention) is your problem. You are then left having paid a significant amount of money (possibly financed) with no working vehicle unless you spend thousands on repairs. If you haven't got money to waste, anything you buy needs checking by a reputable dealer within the 14 day cool off period so it can be returned before you find yourself in our position. Trying to work with no vehicle because you don't have several thousand pounds sitting around to pay for repairs on a £20+k van!!!!!
