Poor communication
Booked my car for a service then had a phone call to say they are cancelling it because it’s a van site. Luckily I knew someone there and said my car was still booked it and went ahead. When I came to collect it, the car was not parked outside reception and I spent 15 minutes looking for it on site.

The Service team are terrible the van is terrible. You get the feeling nobody cares. After having my van for 2 days they came back and said it is a ford setting that is wrong with the van. How come it took 2 day to tell me something they already knew.

Liars
Ford ranger was booked on the 3rd of October for me to take the ranger in on the 22nd of October for 2 recalls.
Had a phone call to ask if I didn’t mind rearranging until the 14th of November because they was short of technicians, I was fine about it.
Arranged the car to be collected from my house on the 14th as I had meetings, then low and behold a phone call on the 13th to ask if they could rearrange for exactly the same reason-I refused and took it in.
Phone call today to say one recall has been done and the child lock malfunction hasn’t been done as they haven’t got the part when I was told by service desk that all parts have arrived! sorry but you’ve had from the 4th of October to arrange this haven’t you!
I’ve now moved to trust ford and it’s booked in for the 28th of November to fix the mess you made.
I would avoid this laughing stock of a garage and use trust ford.

We have spent circa £100k with fords of Bretton in the last few years - would never use them again
