If I could give a zero I would. Collected car at 0830hrs. Went to wrong address first. Then when collecting car decided to get a coffee in the work cafe. Did not advise of required work until 1300hrs. When asked for return time advised to book in on another day, even though told to book in due to warning messages.
Left me on the street waiting for car after being lied to and told car was on way when Bill not generated for another 25 mins. As we know the car will not be on the way until the bill is paid and showing as cleared.
Phone kept ringing out with my number but answered straight away using a different phone.

Flare up already started which will impact for the next few weeks at least.
Final cheek is the cost of work for brake fluid and oil change and the length of time to do this work.

Walked into here today with every intention of buying a used car. It was like they didn't even want to sell me a car at all. I ended up standing there in the room waiting for someone to come and speak to me from the back office. No-one was interested. Someone opened the cars for me then left again. When I returned to the office I was finally greeted with a "do you want something else?". Made to feel like a burden really. Such a shame as now I will carry on with my car purchasing elsewhere!

This place wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face. Recently bought a car from them. Generally being made to feel like I was a nuisance throughout the process by the car salesman (short, impolite emails "as I already told you") which is an interesting sales technique when trying to get a customer to part with a not insubstantial amount of money. Was willing to overlook that until they taxed the wrong vehicle which firstly resulted in a delay in picking up the vehicle, I have then had to spend hours on the phone to DVLA to try to convince them I don't own the wrong car, have never even seen the car and so shouldn't be paying tax on it. Oh and no real apology or acknowledgement of his error from the salesman. I wouldn't trust these people to change a light bulb let alone sell you a car.

Beware selling your car here. Was told I’d have the money in my account within 3-5 working days. The sale paperwork states 5 working days. It is now over that and no one seems to know when I’ll get my money. Very quick to take my car but not so keen on paying for it! I now have no car and no money for it and nobody seems that bothered - including the manager! Incredibly bad customer service

Just not on the right page. I believe this company will not change, they may be best to exit the retail space and just do business-to-business.

Very easy from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and this was sorted for me.

Liam was great from start to finish! He gave me a very good price for my part ex and his communication was excellent throughout! He was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with my new car and he went above and beyond answering my millions of questions I had before hand ☺️

Didn’t think finding a new car could be this stressful. I had looked every possible car dealerships and couldn’t find anything that meets my budget and needs. Until I walked into Evans Halshaw Ford Milton Keynes. I was well welcomed by a gentleman named Sanjay A. He was literally outstanding! He listened and assisted me with my budget, advice me about my choices of cars they have and could met my needs. After my decisions, he continued communicating until my car arrived! Absolutely awful experience. I cannot fathom how this business is still operating. My car developed a fault and for over a year now, they have failed to resolve it. Or rather, it seems they have no intention to resolve anything. The excuses are endless: no slots for inspection, no equipment available, no specialist on hand, followed by an unending stream of holidays. They constantly promise to follow up, but I've seen absolutely zero action. Avoid at all costs.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my car repair appointment at Evans Halshaw. This is the second time I’ve visited, and once again, there was no proper diagnosis or detailed inspection carried out. Despite having an extended warranty, the team failed to identify any issues, wasting both my time and money. In contrast, a private mechanic was able to quickly and accurately pinpoint the problem, which highlights just how poor the diagnostic service here truly is. The lack of professionalism and effectiveness has completely shattered my trust, and I cannot recommend Evans Halshaw to anyone.

Recieced excellent and polite service from a gentleman called Kane who sold me a white ford focus. Excellent communication and helpful.

Appaling customer service in the Milton Keynes branch. Booked an appointment for 10AM to sell our car, got there on time for our appointment and just stood there for 10 minutes without being asked by a member of staff or receiving any form of welcome. Time of the appointment came and they told us to leave and come back another day or later in the evening as they are overbooked. I'm sorry but they called me the day prior confirming my appointment, sending me various text messages and emails that they were expecting us and yet when we get there we get told to come another day. We stood around like aliens not being looked at and practically being ignored.

The counter staff at service dept. Were first class.
