Helpful staff kept me informed what was happening with my vehicle

The customer service and care provided at Evans Halshaw Blackpool is incredible. I’ve bought several cars from here over the past twenty years, all of excellent quality and competitive price, but the servicing side is what makes it super special. They go out of their way to not only fix any issues, but take the time to help you better understand how everything works. A special thank you to Jamie (Dealer Principal) for literally being on the end of an email for us, and John in the service team whose customer service is simply superb.

Otis the sales exec made our experience great . Great product knowledge, very polite & professional & not pushy in any way .The car was ready for us to view & not trapped in a corner & the delivery service was an added bonus & overall , love the new car .

Purchased a used Ford Fiesta a few days ago from EH Blackpool. I have previously had three Ford Fiestas from EH but hadn't used the Blackpool dealership before. Dealt with Paul Devere who was most helpful from the moment I stepped inside the showroom. The car I was interested in I had found advertised on EHs website, following a walk round of the car I asked if I could have a test drive and was told yes, take as long as you need - very appreciated! The car itself was superb and being offered a good deal on my existing car it made sense to do the deal there and then. Collected my new car a couple of days later - polished, valeted, serviced and looking as good as new. Everything Paul said they would do and have ready was done for when I collected. My experience of using EH Blackpool was excellent - I would happily use again and recommend to others.

I bought a car today from Evans Halshaw Blackpool. Was looked after by a lovely guy called James.
James was very helpful in supporting me to choose a car and secure finance, very chatty and even made me coffee.

There doesn’t seem to be much communication between the Service Desk and the Mechanics. Unnecessary work done to my car, apparently based on a health check that I hadn’t asked for, I just asked them to fix a problem. I found out later the cost of this work is actually worth more than the value of my car. They never fixed the actual problem which they tell me the problem didn’t exist ( which it did and still does). and now tell me that they didn’t know the value of my car , that’s not their job to know ! This is obviously untrue as I was told later on that one of the mechanics had made this comment but this was never relayed to me. No reputable garage should charge you more than your car is worth . So I am now stuck with a car that has no value to me and it still has the problem with the brakes. Evans Halshaw don’t seem to be interested in my complaint, I am beyond Disappointed and will take this further

Staff is helpful and efficient. They can service my car without booking. It makes me save time.
