From looking for a car to purchasing one, Dawid has been so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for him and he showed me how everything worked. First time buying from here and will definitely be back in the future.

I had a great experience while looking for a new car at this dealership. All staff very informative friendly and no pushy sales pitch, I was given plenty of time to look around the car I chose and all my questions were answered in detail. We dealt with Dawid Smieszek who was fab, a genuine friendly and funny guy. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel at ease every step of the way through our purchase. I would definitely use this place in the future if I ever need another car. Thanks for making it a good experience for us 🙂

Was looked after with by Shaun, he made us feel very comfortable and wasn’t pushy. He gave us plenty of opportunities to go off and chat/make decisions and encouraged us and the kids to have a good look round, see every bit of the car.
Made us feel at ease after a previous bad experience and offered reassurance.
We went with a car in mind, test drove it and went back the following day to collect, all went smoothly and the team were lovely and helpful.

The salesman was very friendly. His employer not so. They took £99 to reserve the car we were interested in for two days - with a promise of full refund if we didn't buy. Fair enough, but the refund didn't happen. Phoned them two and a half weeks later. "An issue with our agent's system. We can't tell whether a refund has actually gone through. We'll arrange it now". A compulsory £99 admin fee was added to advertised price - which may be illegal, but certainly isn't good practice. Their extra sales pitch trying to sell us chemical treatments and extra insurance we didn't want wasted half an hour. Poor part-exchange offer. Needless to say, we bought our car elsewhere.

Staff were very pleasant, even the ones who were not seeing to us.

The whole of the team I came in contact with were marvellous. Very polite, professional offering a great speedy service. Definitely went the extra mile.

Absolutely disgusted with service complete lack of salesmen ship false advertisement in car and trying to miss sell warranty and service plans no demands or needs completed no statement of facts rude manager and staff, car dirty no fuel all 4 tyres had pressure light on, car advertise with dab radio and sat nav and no response from any after care service my daughter has now got to pay 450 to have sat nav and dab radio and no form of apologies took her 2 and half hrs to travel she had to sit there for 3 hrs not even offered a glass of water, disgrace quick to take your money no form of money laundering process, this branch is a disgrace 😡

Sorted out replacing my faulty takata air bags quicker than expected, much appreciated.

Called in as I had seen a car advertised on the Internet, we had a look around outside before going inside where we were greeted by a very nice salesman who took us to see the car. The car wasn't for us but ended up buying a different car from them. I cannot express how helpful and efficient Maddie was, no pressure, just information and good advice. From start to finish everything was easy and stress free. Many thanks to Shaun who dealt with our purchase, again very helpful & reassuring with everything, great advice and above all no pressure! thank you. Brilliant service, highly recommend.
