My car broke down on the motorway 12th August i rang citroen up told them I would bring my car in explained my situation i was told they will book me in for the 15th September put in a corner out of the way i was not happy,
I have all my services and mot with them it's only done 27,000? also I had a problem in March may have been the same i was told if it happened again just ring them,

Purchased a car from here Nissan qashqui 2021 tekna in March paid £1000 for extra warranty car seemed great, when weather warmed up tried air con didn't get cold so took it in said they'd look at it ,outcome regased an everything was fine a month later no air con again taken back in and now there's £1000 problem with the aircon which they want me to pay . Utter jokers sold a car with broken aircon and a broken boot that does what it wants . Do not buy from here con artists

A fantastic experience, Zoe was excellent.
From start to finish the experience of buying the Mini Cooper Sport was fantastic, efficient and totally without pressure. Zoe answered all questions, communicated excellently via email and phone, and offered all the extras, of which two were purchased. It was paid for and collected at the same time, and the process was smooth.
The vehicle has now been driven nearly two thousand miles, and hasn't skipped a beat, and yes, the price for the vehicle was excellent too.
The only slight issue was the fact that it wasn't exactly very clean inside, however as it was purchased and collected all on the same day, I valeted it for my sister and it did come up looking like it was brand new.
All in all, a great experience with Zoe and Evans Halshaw, and I would fully recommend them to anyone to purchase a car.

I came in to buy a bmw M235i from my sales man Adam who was so helpful and kind through the whole process, I also met manger dan and lee and lees’s partner (who’s car i actually bought!) who were all so lovely and sad to see the car go! A very very well looked after and maintained car i will love and cherish! Also mention to Zoe who did my handover and helped me into the transaction of my new car thankyou so much Zoe!
