I was quite anxious about looking for my new car, but Ellis made everything so easy. He made me feel comfortable, was great at explaining things and I was happy with the whole experience. Ellis is great at his job and a credit to the company.

Just bought a ford kuga from Evans Halshaw in Rotherham and got a fair deal including a part exchange for my old car. Would definitely use them again, straight forward and no sales gimmicks.

Ellis was a huge help when I was buying my new car. He provided clear information and took his time explaining things to me. He made sure I was getting a good deal for me! I’ve had bad experiences before when buying a car elsewhere and this has been by far the easiest purchase.

Company was so accommodating throughout and sales rep Ellis thoroughly explained all possible options for buying my perfect car from them! Sales Rep Ellis was astounding from start to finish, such an approachable, knowledgeable guy who worked hard to get us the best deal possible within a very short timescale, would recommend to anyone!

No one came over to speak to us and when I approached a sales man he was very dis interested and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. There were other sales men around to just sat looking on their mobiles . Got chucked the keys and left to look around the vehicle our self again no one coming with us and when we asked for a part x price on ours said it would take to long and do it on line ?? Never had an experience like it in a dealership it was like it was to much trouble to sell a car

Never bought a car online before so was a bit apprehensive. I contacted the garage and enquired about the Grandland X and spoke to Ellis. From start to finish Ellis answered all my questions (there were a few lol!) quickly and professionally. As I live in Wales (4 1/2 hrs way) I opted for the car to be delivered which arrived on time, the delivery driver was great and really friendly, he went through the handover and explained everything then he drove my part ex away! We were offered an excellent trade-in on our 13 yr old Polo, and received unbelievable service from Ellis, who went above and beyond anything we expected of him, and made everything so easy. He painstakingly sourced us the used car we wanted, answered all our questions, and helped us every step of the way. It really is down to him and his exemplary customer service, and the the expertise of everyone else involved, that we would have no hesitation in recommending Evans Halshaw to anyone.
One more tip - consider the optional GardX Vehicle Protection System which protects your new (or used) car inside and out. Our car was gleaming when we picked it up, well worth splashing out that little bit extra!

Used evens halshaw for years,always had good service,and after care.
On two occasions they have gone on and above there customer care when presented with a problem that was not related to evens halshaw.

After seeing the car advertised, we called and spoke to Trevor, a really nice sales person who was keen to sell but not pushy.
