Bought from Evans but Yours brand.
After major problems before with sizing i decided to give them another try, big mistake but it will be the last one I make with them.
Size ordered 26/28 gives waist measurement of 46/48.
I think someone needs to be taught how to use a tape measure, if anyone knows, that is.
Unstretched the waist measures 51", what a joke. I am afraid I do not have time to go through the rigmarole of returning goods and paying for re-stocking because a firm is so cavalier about what it sells and then washes their hands of any responsibility to the customer care.

The clothes are hard to see on the website and are lumped in with clothes from several other shops now so it's hard to find what you want. The search tool is useless.

Most of the clothes are now poor quality polyester-cotton blend, or 100% polyster. They are often uncomfortable - some T-shirts I bought had prominent seams down centre of the back, and over the chest. A lot of the colours and designs are seriously unattractive and unflattering.

My last purchase was a pair of culottes - they weren't particularly cheap but the fabric is so thin its almost transparent. The elastic round the waist is also very thin and not sewn in properly - I havent even worn it yet and its already twisted and doubled over in parts, and there's no way of sorting it out since it's inside the waist band. It feels too uncomortable to wear. The lacy fabric on some bras I bought a couple months ago pretty much just fell apart - the fabric was such poor quality it would rip every time I tried to put the bra on.

There's absolutely no point ordering clothes from Evans anymore - the quality is that bad.

Been waiting on my package for almost 2 months now. They sent an email saying it would be here in another 7 days now I’m going on another 14 days and nothing here yet! Where is my PACKAGE!!!

Didn't have to wait for parcel being delivered. Kept informed when parcel was despatched.

I ordered boots when the arrived they were two big orders next size down when they arrived they were a 7 I'd oderd an 8 but actually said they were a 10w I contacted by phone a very nice lady sorted the problem out for me

Very good service the only thing I would say is that when you do a return evri and need tge qr code please put on website that the qr code that has to be scanned at the post office will be sent via email

My mum ordered 2 pairs of boots that arrived in the same package. After trying them on and finding one two tall (leather cut into her knee) and the other two tight she repacked them and returned via Evri. Two days later she got the refund for 1 pair, when she enquired why they said one had only been returned. She asked this to be investigated and they responded with a generic email about a clear desk workplace. After 5 emails and finally a call to Evan’s they refused for 20minutes to put her through to a supervisor, after insisting she spoke to a supervisor but they said to claim the money through the credit card! As Evan’s has the product back for them to tell her to claim it through credit card is DISGRACEFUL! We are still waiting for this to be resolved but would strongly and will be strongly advising any to stay away from Evan’s! Awful customer service!
