I ordered a barca shirt and arsenal…

I ordered a barca shirt and arsenal paid and everything i was waiting to receive both and then evangelista told me that it was out of stock 3 days later why was it available on the website then??? I think that s very bad service !!!!!

Oubli de commande et frais d'expédition exagéré

J'ai placé une commande en ligne début juillet pour une carte cadeau. J'ai été surprise d'apprendre que si la carte était envoyée par courriel à la personne dont c'était l'anniversaire, elle n'aurait pas pu dépenser la somme en magasin, seulement en ligne. J'ai donc payé de 10$ de shipping pour qu'elle reçoive la carte chez elle (10$ c'est vraiment exagéré pour une simple enveloppe avec une carte cadeau dedans)...sauf que la personne n'avais toujours rien reçu après 3 semaines. J'ai donc du appeler pour faire un suivi, ce qui a permis à la boutique de s'apercevoir que la commande était été "oubliée". Après cela par contre, l'envoi a été très rapide. Bref, processus à améliorer pour les cartes cadeaux selon moi!

The soccer ball Was to small no info about size

The soccer ball I got never said anywhere that it was a size 4 I excepted it to be a size 5 like most balls advertised. I just checked don’t see size 5
