Poor customer service
The product was delayed in coming by over a month. None of my emails were responded to when I emailed to check on the status of my product. The team manager finally emailed the Ottawa office to deal with the issues. Product is good quality but takes forever to come and the company is very poor with customer service.

Suite à la modification de la commande…
Suite à la modification de la commande avec un employé en ligne, la nouvelle commande n'a pas été faite. J'ai du appeler pour me faire dire qu'elle n'a pas été envoyé au shipping. Mon fils n'a pas eu ses souliers pour son tournoi de soccer. Ils sont arrivés 2 jours plus tard.
