I ordered a PCR test to comply with UK…entry requirements (within first 2 days of arrival)
I ordered a PCR test to comply with UK entry requirements...ordered it 8 days before my entry to UK. Had not arrived 2 days for my arrival, so I called (one hour on hold) and was told that it was MY mistake, so I placed another new order with promise it would arrive (to my destination; a residence in Edinburgh) by the day after my arrival. It arrived 6 days after my arrival!! Certainly too late to comply with the rules of entry that had to have PCR test and results within 48 hours of arrival. So on day 2 after arrival I went to your lab in Livingston (a 75 GBP Uber ride) to the drive-in test center which was delightful; great staff and had results in 8 hours. But the mail experience was awful. Never again. I did apply for and received refund for the first order.

I can just say that they are crooks, the on site test is self administered, and when I tried to change it even though it was less than an hour after I booked them and read the instructions they still charged me £15 x2 for cancelling stating it was for admin
