No Id was asked to be provided upon test- anyone could of done the test on my behalf- surely the passport id which is against the test info should be asked for? It’s abit disconcerting. Apart from that the process was quick - in and out. And location good.

Very efficient
My husband and I took our test conveniently locally, and received our fit to fly certificates within a few hours. Very efficient and easy to order, plus we purchased our day 2 tests, which arrived promptly. We'll definitely use Eurofins again.

I came across the test site at the…
I came across the test site at the Walnut Centre, Orpington and upon enquiry I was told to scan the barcode and book online.
The process was seamless and the test result was sent via email as promised.
The most important aspect was the mistake in my passport number. I mistakenly wrote my expired passport number while filling the form online. Luckily upon receipt of the test result, I noticed the error and I immediately called the 24/7 phone line and it was corrected instantly.
They were very professional and I will certainly use them again if the need to travel arises.
