This is a scam
This is a scam. Payment charged to my card and service not delivered. I want a refund but customer service never picks up my calls ever. I have called at least 20 times and they are perpetually facing “high volume of calls”. STAY AWAY.
Edit: it seems like I’m unable to reply to this thread somehow. I am aware that I purchased the Fit to Fly package. We showed up at the designated site which turned out to be a travel agency but never mind that, what’s unfortunate was the misrepresentation regarding the Antigen Rapid Test. We did not proceed with the test kits, and were told by the staff onsite to arrange a refund with you directly. The email address you’ve provided below is the same email address I’ve emailed several times, coupled with my callings. I have just resent my email. Let’s see if I get any response this time. Thank you.

Upon checking your account, I can see the test you purchased was a Fit to fly antigen Sampling site, therefore, a kit would never of been sent to your home address.
We apologise you feel this way, We are experiencing a high demand of calls at the moment, which is having an impact on our wait times which may be up to 2 hours during busy periods.
