Excellent customer service
I bought a FIT TO FLY PCR test from Eurofins. There are many institutions that offers the test but Eurofins have many test center and because I needed a test on Sunday, they had test centers that opens on Sunday. It was fast and efficient. I like that there are e-mails generated to let you know test samples have been received. Tests results are actually very fast after samples are received. The other good thing about Eurofins is that they have call centers where real people actually answers the phone and so far, each time I've called, they've answered the phone quite quickly and when the call center cannot provide an answer, they can dispatch the call to a second team which has direct access to the lab. This is really important if something cocks up and you really want to speak to a human being to be reassured. Traveling during COVID is stressful and having the ability to speak to someone is fantastic. Eurofins has been great in resolving any problems. A special call out to Sarah from Warrington call center for a magnificent above expectation customer service. I would highly recommend you use Eurofins.
