Good service

EuroFins gave my husband a false positive Covid 19 result for a Fit to Fly test on 12 January 2022. This caused us much stress and we paid a further GBP120 the next day to have another test at Heathrow Airport with the Express Test Centre which proved that he was negative and was allowed to fly as planned.
We have traveled from Africa to the UK and back in December and January and have endured 9 PCR tests in 4 weeks which cost more than one air ticket.
This is pure profiteering and taking advantage of travelers who have no other choice and I find it despicable. These exorbitant test prices must stop immediately.

Efficient service, got PCR test result within 24 hours.

landed from an international flight and proceeded to take the Eurofins test at a local center at Global Travel Experts in Bedford. The results came back for the whole family of 4 adults as 'retest'. Having called the service center severally we were advised that royal mail had delivered the samples to the lab, but they had been lost. The line manager was in the background overseeing the caller and noting 'just tell them the truth, we have lost them'

To our inconvenience we had to go and get retested in the same Bedford clinic, All of us were negative (following a further day of isolation)

When we went to do our fit to fly test to go back, the results for 2 out of the 3 had again come back as negative - despite following the instructions of the staff on hand on how the same is to be taken. We lost al faith in eurofins and the government partnership with them and their infrastructure to handle such volumes during these incidents
We then proceeded on to Heathrow terminal 2 whereupon, a negative test was concluded

Quick, easy, painless and the staff were great! I’ll definitely be using Eurofins again in the future.

Pcr test was quick, staff efficient and friendly. test done on Monday at 9.40am, results came back on Tuesday 10am. App is easy to use, results there which you can download results. Would recommend using this company.

I send 2 emails to cancel the apoinment and issue a refund. I call 1 time to cancel and i been advised to send the email to cancel.
The refund never received.
No response to the email...

We purchased travel Fit to fly RTPCR on 1st Dec for me and my wife by paying GBP44.9 each for testing at Bedford Global Travel. On 6th Dec USA CDC changed rules to test to be taken within 24 hrs of flight. Hence we called up the customer service number and the agent told us to cancel current booking and make new booking for Rapid test. Agent also told us to fill up online form requesting refund.
We booked new rapid test of Eurofin on 6th Dec by paying GBP34.9 each.
To date we never got any reply to our online form of refund nor we got any reply to our email.
It is not fair practice to keep silence and offer no refund. We expect Eurofin to refund our GBP 89.8 as we informed well in advance about cancelation of test due to change in requirements of airline.

Professional, social distancing in place and very friendly. Website was easy to use and the staff were well versed in the procedure would definitely use again.

Efficient organised & result sooner than expected

Extremely impressed after so much hassle with other companies. We were able to go in person to Global Travel Experts in Bedford, took our PCR test at the time we had booked, and the result came back within 18 hours. The price was very competitive too. The best we had found in our searches. It really was an unstressful experience.
