Took weeks to get a response from them, can’t deal with anyone on the phone and they eventually gave me a partial refund….how can they justify £15 when they didn’t do anything or provide any service!!!! Disgusting

Don’t give up when you drive into Asda car park, the testing station is a tiny cubicle right at the back. There was no electricity at the time and all was in darkness but alas there was someone inside ready with the tests. Had the results in 18hrs, excellent! All in all nice 1!

Would never ever use this company again not that we might need to but our results never came through till we we had already arrived in Europe so really we shouldn't have bothered and trying to get through was an absolute nightmare I don't think anybody man's the phones or they are so busy with complaints that you can't get through so don't bother with eurofins they are useless and you can't get your money back so goodbye

Anisha lost her test results for her fit to fly test in the month of November. Then she went to other location for her test on a speed type with a high payment so that getting flight in time. We spend a lot of discussion with Eurofin employees and so upset.about the answers we got in november before fly.
We planned to call back and getting our extra money, tension and time we spend unnecessarily. But our holiday was really bad and we lost a lot.
So we try to forget Eurofin .

Avoid using this service. Minimal infection control precautions. The staff member did not wear a face mask, no gloves and no apron. Only 1 out of the 3 tests we purchased had uploaded certificates before we flew.
We had purchased 3 antigen tests as part of our fit to fly requirements. I took mine in the morning, my wife and mother in law took their's in the afternoon. My result and certificate were uploaded within 30mins. However, the other two certificates not uploaded. We called to clarify and were given a response that the servers were down. We had to rebook with another company on the following day. (A week later there are still no uploaded certificates for 2 of the tests).

The computer system was down so we had to wait extra time, plus we had not heard anything all afternoon and evening. So we had to phone Eurofin at 22.30 for our results which there still didn't have. Later we were passed from one person to another and eventually getting them past 23.00.
And we were still awake at 1am getting things ready for our very flight to the USA
To make things worse we were charged twice and we are still unable to get our money back.

Ordered online of PCR test Fit to Fly at Sampling Site, selected test time follow flight departure time (within 48 hours) at ASDA, Ashford. On the test day, the centre is a small cabin size and located at open car park of ASDA. It is right behind Grocery Collection and trolleys lane area. So look out for that. Make sure bring your passport (in case staff ask) for cross-check your details.

I surveyed the sampling site and asked the staff member a few questions before making a booking. I needed a Fit to Fly PCR test 48hrs before departure so wanted reassurance they were the ones for me. Am glad I used them as my results came through via email much less than the 24hrs they quoted. Printed off my own hardcopy and I’m now on holiday in the Far East! Used the Ashford (Kent) Asda Car Park Sampling Site…thoroughly can recommend.

Excellent service and cost effective. Test was done on a Thursday afternoon and results were available early morning the following day (less than 24 hours). Thank you Eurofin for a great service.

Booked a test, turned up at location (not entirely easy to find) only to find a locked, empty, very small "testing centre" at the rear of the Car Park (at Asda, Ashford, Kent).
1. It would have been helpful to have been provided with an accurate location for the "Testing Centre", rather than "Asda". In my experience, the majority of Asda Stores are fairly large, so the addition of " in the Car Park round near the Click and Collect" would have been quite useful. In the event, I had to go into the Store, enquire and be redirected.
2. It would have been EVEN MORE Helpful to have been informed, PRIOR to driving to the "Testing Centre", that it was in fact unstaffed. When I discovered the empty box in the Car Park with no staff present and no notices explaining what to do, some anxiety began to arise.
3. Thought it best to call Eurofins. I am in Kent, called a number in "Wakefield", presented with many Options, did not really know the best to select. After some time managed to speak to someone. Then discovered due to "Health and Safety reasons" the Shed had been closed.
4. The Agent to whom I spoke tried to be helpful and rebook me into the next nearest Testing Centre - 60 miles, 1 hours drive away, in Croydon. It was getting dark, raining, cold and my Holiday was booked for less than 48hours away. Other customers started to arrive, and I had to tell them what was occurring. I can only imagine they were as "pissed off" as I was!
5. Asked for money back from Eurofins, and to give them their due, I did receive it very promptly. It may have been even better to have been offered additional compensation for additional costs this event incurred (further details on request!)
BOTTOM LINE - a simple e-mail or text message to inform me the Testing Centre had been closed would have been quite helpful before making the journey to the Centre, and would have reduced the commensurate stress levels.
I will not be attempting to use this particular service in the future.

I arrived to find no one there, the security guard had been given the keys back but no further information. Offered a test the next morning but no guarantee result would be back in time for my flight. No real understanding of the stress caused and difficulty trying to arrange tests around work and meet deadlines. Had to pay double to use another company and get result in time. The reason given was a health and safety one....fair enough but was very annoying to rush from work, drive half an hour and find no one there (Ashford)

Service at Ashford PCR testing station last Saturday was excellent.
Sadly after that it all went down hill. For the next day and the following morning the results showed “no data available “. Eventually in view of our imminent departure to the airport I had to phone customer services this morning after struggling to find the number. I was passed to another department which had never encountered such a response and passed me onto yet another department. By this time I was getting really exasperated.
This got worse when I was sent test results but showing the wrong test date which would have held us up at the airport and probably forfeited our trip to Capetown.
Then when I was told that the date had been corrected I checked the updated version only to find that it was incorrect as well. This led to a further phone call to finally get it put straight.
To add insult to injury there was no apology from anyone that I spoke to and one person made out that it was my fault claiming that I had advised that we had the tests done on Friday. This was a nonsense because I knew that I had been elsewhere on Friday and had had to leave it to Saturday in order to be within the time limit for Fit to Fly. Presumably the database should have given her the correct date? All the while the clock was ticking onto our departure time.
A sorry tale which nearly led to a heart attack from high blood pressure and to a cancelled flight.
