Euroffice have failed to deliver my…
Euroffice have failed to deliver my printer cartridges for over four weeks now. They delivered the sweets (which I had only added to bring the order over the minimum amount for free delivery) separately within a week but still no printer cartridges despite me getting in touch repeatedly.

Wrong item delivered
Wrong item delivered. I ordered 5 star branded envelopes and received unbranded. This happened twice.

I can see that we have looked into this for you - our warehouse have advised that the envelopes themselves do not have a brand or logo printed, however you can see they are 5* as the outer box does have the 5* sticker on.
