What a fabulous company.
Without even the fact that you get the same beautiful diamonds but in an ethically produced method.
Was kept informed at every step of the way.
I got two pieces which included some earrings which came with slightly larger screw on backs. Without even asking was offered different ones in exchange if not suitable for my wife.
I cant recommend this company enough for the beautiful items and wonderful customer service.

Bespoke Celtic-inspired ring - 5 star experience
I asked Ethica to help me design a bespoke Celtic-inspired ring to propose to my partner.
Laura promptly responded to take my request forward and provided an exceptional customer service experience throughout. This was despite me firing multiple questions at her on an almost daily basis for months on end. While my incessant questioning about every element of the ring's design would have been enough to drive most people up the wall, Laura invariably responded calmly, promptly, and with helpful information. I could not have asked for more than being made to feel at ease during the difficult process of designing a bespoke ring for my future wife.
The end product exceeded my expectations. It is a stunning ring, which came out looking better than I could have imagined. More importantly, my fianceé adores it and has received endless compliments.
Overall, if I could give Ethica six stars I would. The TL;DR woudld be: fantastic company with lovely staff who do exactly what they advertise, but better.

Wedding and engagement rings
My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with Ethica Diamonds. From our first visit, where we just popped in on the off chance to the receiving of the most beautiful rings.
We have enjoyed meeting and working with Laura and Elaine.
They are very knowledgeable and made the experience of choosing and the designing of something that suits me was delightful and filled me with joy. Seeing them was an emotional moment.

Amazing experience!
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Ethica Diamonds when buying their Simi ring. They were very quick to engage in the first instance, inviting me in for an appointment. I was met with a knowledgeable and friendly response and I truly cannot fault the service I received.
I was invited in for a one-on-one meeting with Laura who was delightful. Laura was incredibly patient and helpful, allowing me the time needed to decide and answer all my questions. Every effort was made to ensure I was comfortable and appropriately informed about my choice. Communication throughout the process was great too.
The ring ultimately chosen was definitely in line with expectations, ethically sourced and resulted in an extremely happy proposal. I would definitely recommend Ethica Diamonds to others!

Incredibly Disappointing
We chose to contact Ethica privately voicing our disappointment with our customer experience and the impact it has had on us the past few months, and in return we have had our warranty rescinded (pretty sure that’s illegal) and a refusal to service our purchase again in future. Explicitly voicing our dissatisfaction (privately before posting any review) has been framed as a “total breakdown of the customer relationship” by them as they are unable to accept that a customer can be unhappy. And take no notice of their response to this, there has been no accountability throughout.

Throughout this matter, we made repeated efforts to resolve your concerns, including arranging multiple inspections and repairs at our own expense, and we are pleased that the concerns regarding the ring itself were ultimately resolved.
We also acknowledged and apologised for the error regarding the gift box that your ring was sent back in. We understand the loss of your original ring box was upsetting, however we did replace it with an identical box. We understand that you believe the replacement box differs from the original due to variations in the wood grain. Whilst we appreciate your disappointment, we supplied a replacement box of the same type and specification and were unfortunately unable to identify any further practical resolution.
We would like to clarify that our decision not to provide future discretionary servicing was not because you expressed dissatisfaction. We welcome customer feedback, whether positive or negative. Rather, after several months of extensive correspondence and attempts to reach an acceptable resolution for you, we concluded that the relationship had broken down to a point where we were no longer the best business to support you going forward.
While we appreciate that you view events differently, we remain confident that we acted in good faith throughout and made every reasonable effort to resolve the issues raised.

Beautiful piece of jewellery, love the ethical natural of the company and its focus on sustainability and women leading, perfect for my Cornish fiancée! The main reason for the review though is to champion the quality of the customer service we have received through buying the engagement ring and the wedding rings and now having damaged the engagement ring the support, care and communication as it was fixed and returned to us. Beautiful Ring, Fantastic Customer Service
The communication was fantastic, and never once did I think that I wasn't being looked after. I didn't feel ridiculed or anything of the sort (given my lack of any ring-based knowledge!) and felt like I was really cared about, which was really nice.
It was a really nice touch having their well-wishes sent to me before the moment, and the follow-ups which they did which also incredibly nice to receive. The attention and care invested in me from initial enquiries to post-proposal was incredible.
If you are looking for a company that will take care of you every step of the way, I would fully recommend going with Ethica.

Amazing! I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and when I found The Penelope Ring from Ethica Diamonds it was perfect in every way!

Brilliant rings and customer service
Before getting engaged, both myself and my partner like the idea of getting an ethical ring. And I am so glad I opted for Ethica for the engagement ring; my partner loves it.
Given it was an area I didn’t have a huge amount of knowledge in, the team were super helpful in providing information and advice as to what would likely be best. They certainly took the time to give me a full picture.
Fast forward a year, both myself and my partner have returned to Ethica to get our wedding bands. Again, we love them.

Ethica have been fantastic
Ethica have been fantastic, my fiancée’s ring was a bespoke design and they were extra helpful in ensuring the workshop got it right. I was kept up to date at all times and with their help I was able to get a specific sized diamond. I can’t praise them enough for their help, the ring was delivered quickly, was excellently packaged, and overall it’s felt like a very personal experience. The ring is perfect, I couldn’t have asked for it to be better.

Caring customer service from Ethica.
Ethica Diamonds were absolutely incredible from start to finish; I would recommend them to any couple looking to buy an engagement ring.
After seeing their beautiful designs on Instagram, I reached out to make an in-person appointment. A few weeks before the appointment Ethica told me they’d have to cancel it due to circumstances beyond their control; I was crushed as my partner and I were due to drive 3hrs to make it.
However, Ethica very kindly offered us their at-home sample service at no charge to make up for the cancelled appointment. I ended up liking a ring that wasn’t my original choice, and decided to make another in-person appointment so I could be confident in my choice. Ethica very kindly agreed to a Saturday appointment as they knew we were coming from so far away, another example of their commitment to giving us a great service.
At the appointment Olivia was warm, knowledgeable and friendly; she took a genuine interest in us as a couple and we felt sure that with her guidance we were making the right decision for us. After choosing the setting for the ring, we went home while Olivia sourced us some diamonds with the specifications we had discussed with her. She was very quick with her emails and helped us find a perfect diamond.
My wonderful partner proposed on 10.02.24 with a beautiful ring, and I’m so grateful to Ethica for organising its smooth delivery with him; the hardest part of the whole process was waiting for the proposal!

Poor customer service when issues are experienced.
I designed a ring through Ethica Diamonds for my partner, with her choosing the setting and me making the final design decisions. Prior to receiving the ring, ED had already used it for marketing purposes on their website and on social media. My partner subsequently saw the ring on their website before I had received it and as such the opportunity for a surprise at the point of proposal has been removed and the entire process spoilt.
When concerns were raised with the company I continually received platitudes from their team: 'I'm sure she'll love it anyway'. Throughout, they consistently attempted to shift blame to me, claiming that use of products for media purposes immediately on production was standard practice for all of their products. They finished producing the ring 10 days early, with delivery timelines keeping in line with the original schedule. Due to being in the military, the delivery of the ring had to maintain the original delivery schedule due to an overseas deployment.
Ethica Diamonds have ruined a once in a lifetime event and have refused to take any responsibility. I politely requested a 10% refund due to lack of satisfaction with the service provided, however this was flatly refused. When the complaint was raised, they stated that if I did not like it I could return the ring for a refund; this is not a viable option.
I will not use them for wedding ring purchasing and would not recommend their services. It is evident that if there are any issues there is no mechanism for them to be resolved.

Delete negative Google reviews!
This company deletes negative Google reviews and still "ethica diamonds" which are not lab or natural diamonds but are gemstones.
Do yourself a favour and check out the ASA Ruling on Kinetique Ltd t/a Ethica Diamonds and do your research on what gemstone you are actually buying before you part with any cash!
Be aware, this company has also attempted to remove this review on Trustpilot.
I was a genuine customer who purchased a real lab diamond from another retailer located in London W1U 1JW.

We would be happy to discuss this with you if you could provide us with your order number and name, as we cannot trace an order from you currently to be able to help you with this further. I note your other reviews are also written on the same day with a mixture of different star ratings, which appears to be a suspicious attempt to convey oneself as a genuine customer.
In response to your comments, firstly, we would like to address the comment about deleting negative reviews on google. This is factually incorrect; it is impossible to remove genuine Google reviews, good or bad, unless they are explicit, offensive or illegally written. The process of having a review taken down by Google (and Feefo for that matter) is very extensive, which is why they are highly trustworthy review platforms.
If it were easy to remove negative reviews, Google and Feefo would not be trusted platforms for reviews. Customers are entitled to leave negative feedback, and this feedback can only be removed if it is illegal content. Otherwise, there is no way of a business being able to remove these reviews. Secondly, we would like to point out that we do sell lab grown diamonds as well as the Ethica Diamond. The Ethica Diamond is our own branded diamond infused moissanite for which we hold the UK distribution rights, and we fully disclose the composition of the Ethica Diamond on our website. We have hundreds of 5 star positive reviews from happy customers of ours who are delighted with the jewellery and stones we sell, as rated on Feefo and Google:

As you can see from our review platforms, with a combined total of over 700 five star reviews, we have had only three reviews that are 3 stars or under. Despite our greatest efforts to provide every customer with an outstanding service, we aren’t perfect. However, what matters is that whenever a customer has a problem, we go over and above to sort any issues and make things right for them. We also respond to feedback publicly, to be completely transparent, NOT get the review removed, as can be seen on our review platforms Feefo and Google. We take our customer happiness and their confidence in us very seriously and our customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Finally, the ASA ruling was the result of an unfortunate attack on our business from a former director of the business, who has recently been found guilty by the UKIPO of bad faith. One of many articles covering this story can be read here:
