Don't ever trust this company. They are rip off merchants. When I tried to speak to my investment manager 're funds he said leave it I will call you trust me I know what I am doing. He never contacted me after several requests the next contact I had was a message saying they were taking my money as dormant charges and I lost everything. So please do not have anything to do with this company. Regards Susannah

Nach einigen kleinen Schritten wurde zuerst einmal eine satte Grundgebühr fällig. Nach einer Einzahlung begannen die Trades. Als dieser im Minus war, wollte ich stoppen und das Geld zurück. Damit fing der Ärger erst richtig an. So könne ich nicht aufhören, ich sollte doch gegensteuern. Ich ließ mich überreden. 5 Trades auf das gleiche Produkt später war ich mit dem gesamten Einsatz im Minus.Heute wurde mein Konto geschlossen. Gewinner ist etfinance. Hätte ich früher die Warnungen gelesen, wäre mir das erspart geblieben.

Sehr unseriös. Der 'SeniorManager' redet hektisch auf einen ein und fragt nach der Kreditkarte. Ich konnte mich unter meinem Passwort nicht einloggen. Nach zwei Monaten wurden mir ohne Vorwarnung 195 Euro Gebühr berechnet, angeblich wegen Inaktivität. Klar, stand irgendwo im Kleingedruckten... Jetzt kann ich nur hoffen, dass es mir gelingt, das Konto schnellst möglichst aufzulösen. ETFinance - nie wieder.

Me siento estafado. Para ingresar al sitio y conocer las opciones de inversión, te obligan a hacer un deposito de al menos 215 euros.
Cuando comprobé que no tenia las opciones de inversion que prometia el sitio desde el que fui redirigido, solicité cancelar la operacion y que me devuelvan el deposito (a las 2 horas de haber hecho el depósito)

Que te devuelvan el depósito es una odisea, llevo mas de 10 mails de intercambio y varios chats con los representantes de atencion al cliente y me han descontado 50 euros para devolverme el deposito, sin siquiera haber hecho una operación.

Para recibir el dinero, no te solicitan nada. Para devolvertelo, te piden muchos documentos. Creo que nunca voy a recuperar el dinero.

Si se van a meter en un sitio asi, haganlo sabiendo 100% lo que quieren hacer. Se aprovechan de las personas inexpertas.

Jag öppnade konto och fick en trevlig handläggare som hjälpte mig till vinst.
Inga problem att ta ut insats och vinst. Det gick snabbt och enkelt.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!??

Am Samstag, den 18.4.2010 habe ich mich bei ETFinance angemeldet. Ich wurde von einem Broker ( Emanuel) angerufen, er hatte verschiedene Fragen und wir verabredeten uns für Dienstag,den 21.4, um mir eine Einweisung zu geben und die Basics zu erklären. Ich habe mir extra die Zeit frei genommen, leider rief niemand an. Den ganzen Tag nicht. Daraufhin habe ich das Konto gekündigt, mit der Begründung, dass der Broker nicht vertrauenwürdig ist, wenn er nichr mal einen einfachen Termin einhalten kann. Man kann aber nicht so einfach kündigen, sondern muss erst das Konto leerräumen. Das kann teuer werden, bis zu 50€! Das erfährt man erst auf Nachfrage, weil die AGB nicht immer einsehbar sind( auch das erst auf Nachfrage). Ebenso die Datenschutzbestimmungen. Die Bearbeitung der Kündigung dauert 5 Tage bei ETFinance. Weiter muss ich 14 Tage auf mein Geld warten( Begründung von ETFincance: das liegt an meiner Bank). Ich: Meine Bank erledigt das in 24 Std. Nun haben wir den 5.5. und mein Geld ist immer noch nicht da.
Mein Fazit: Finger weg von ETFinance. Alles sehr undurchsichtig, wenn nicht gar unseriös.
50 € für eine Überweisung einzubehalten grenzt an Wucher.

My dad invested £500. The same day he started getting calls lasting over an hour telling him he had to invest more to make it work.
Call after call until they wore him down.
He invested a further £10000. The next day I'd started again. Call after call. He finally gave them a further £10000.
Within 4 days it was all gone.
I called them and they then tried to tell me I didn't understand and he needed to invest more.
They closed trades that were in a minus and took their swap fee sometimes in the thousands.
They basically transfer your equity into their swap fee to take it all.

PKEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Efter att ha kommit till deras sida som var en blufflänk var det inget problem att öppna ett konto, utan legitimation. Jag satt in pengar men ångrade mig efter jag upptäckte att jag inte hamnade där jag trodde jag var. Detta var i november 2019. Tog kontakt med dom direkt om att nyttja ångerrätten och jag skulle få tillbaka mina pengar, förutom 50 Euro som dom skulle ta som avgift. Dom ville att jag skickar in kopia på mitt pass och kreditkort fast jag inte betalade in pengar med ett kort. Jag tog kontakt med det Svenska finansinstitutet och fick höra att dom varnar för detta företag då det verkar mycket bluff. Iaf. skulle det funka med att ET Finance överförde pengarna till exakt det kontot dom fick pengarna ifrån, utan problem.
Efter att ha påpekat det sa dom att dom skickar tillbaks mina pengar.
Jag har haft många samtal med deras kundtjänst och även mailat men mina pengar är fortfarande hos dom. Nu vill dom ha en kopia av mitt körkort. Helt otroligt.
Det går tydligen inte att avsluta ett konto fast man aldrig har haft transaktioner.

Passa er för detta företag.

Skojeri företag som tar ut nästan 600 kr på pengar som ska överföras till mitt konto. Gick med men ångrade mig så hade inte ens börjat handla utan ville bara ha mina pengar tillbaka. Fick ingen information att minimisumman 215 euro inte gick att få tillbaka. Se upp för detta företag, vill verkligen varna andra. När man inte var intresserad att satsa mer pengar blev de två säljarna som ringde mig väldigt otrevliga.

I dont even know where to start. What a joke these people are. They force you to make a deposit without trying to explain to you what you will need to to. Being a beginner I thought I would receive help. After making a £200 deposit I got call and helped me purchase 2 items. After that no more calls. I got another call from my account manager Victor saying he has an unmissable opportunity . After making it clear I will not deposit another penny into my account the calls stopped. Now I cant even withdraw and have been emailing with no response. What a joke!

Update!! 7/5/20
So after I put up my review I was finally contacted and told how to withdraw my money (ofcourse with half missing). But now the harassment has got worse. Emails and calls everyday telling me about unmissable opportunities. It's so frustrating. They are trying to get my review removed which i hope doesn't as my review is 100% genuine. Guys avoid at all cost

Do not give out any information to these guys. They are spammers and they call you all day from nr all around EU. BEWARE......
Also as you can see on trustpilot site, is that they try to remove all the bad coments....

Always stable spreads when trading in volatile markets… I prefer stp brokers for that reason. With ecn you can get massive spreads when lot of traders are trying to get in or out of the market. Stick to trading the major currencies because on exotics you can find other options.

I have been with ETFinance for few years and was always satisfied with their service. Especially the swift replies by customer service with live chat… you can also call the hotline on their website and someone from their customer support team will help you

This broker has the most complete package! Great educational tools, Incredible spreads and vast selection of assets. the swaps could be a bit cheaper but still the best choice. I come to the conclusion after testing a lot of comparable providers for my trading project.

Best customer support by far. Everytime I had an issue someone has been able to give me immediate support. Exactly what you are looking for when you need someone reliable for your finances. Also great selection of assets from all classes including cryptocurrencies. I shorted the crypto market recently and made huge profits!!

Thank you to the Etfinance customer support team! I didnt know how to use the platform and got a full tutorial by one of their employees.

I want to thank the etfinance team for helping me with the set up of the account a first introduction to the metatrader platform. Very helpful not like other brokers where you never get a reply!

I was forwarded to Etfinance via a link on an add of BitcoinTrader.app. The day after the money transfer, I discovered the identity add fraud of BitcoinTrader.app and requested my money back.
ETfinance kept on calling in an attempt to change my mind. I explained to them that I wanted my money back because I did not trust them due to their connection with BitcoinTradersapp. Their manager said that they didn’t know anything about the scam of BitcoinTradersapp nor what traders do to get customers.
After some days I received my money back but they kept € 50,00. It seems that they are involved by keeping money from customer’s
who want their money back, eventhough I did not use the account for trading.
