I placed a order 3 weeks ago. So far no communication, no updates. I've emailed them 3 different times, as of today I have not received an answer. I just hope I didn't get ripped off. Their current customer service stinks!

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered on March 5th through an ad on facebook. A free shirt with the purchase of any regular priced shirt. Then was upsold a random shirt of the printer's choice for $10.

I reached out on 3/13 and was advised by someone on their team by email within a few hours that they were still printing shirt orders and that once it was ready, I would receive an email that a USPS label was created to beginning tracking. If I didn't want to wait they said I could cancel my order for a full refund. I choose to wait.

About 6 days later on the 19th, I got the shipping label email and on the 23rd I received my order.

The shirts are high quality and comfortable. The print on them is done really well. I've washed them since receiving them and I'm excited that I bought them.

That the print is high quality and I don't have to worry about it crumbling through a lot of washes like shirts you'd get off temu or some amazon sellers.

I've recommended them to my friends and I'll be buying from them again in the future.

I purchased several T-shirts from Eternal Life Company and unfortunately never received my order. After placing it, I reached out multiple times for updates, but only received automated responses—no real customer support ever followed up with me.
I was never provided with tracking information or any meaningful details about my order status. Due to the lack of communication and resolution, I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank and cancel the order.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering purchases from this company. Also the phone number they have listed is not valid.

Sad that I trusted you by name alone. Buyer beware. No shipping charge refunded when they send you a random shirt that's not worth the price.

No communication as to an update on my order. Should have looked further into reviews. I think they’re not a legitimate company. Shame on company, dishonor on your family, representing God, dishonor on your cow, for root of all sin is greed, shame on your ancestors !

I placed 1 order for 1 t shirt for my fiancé and had to follow up on order because too long had passed before the order should have been delivered.
Order was received and no further orders were placed.
Then received 2 emails a month later stating that charges were attempted by company for "subscription fees" and an order was placed for a t shirt I did not order.
Website was suspect as no customer service number was provided and email was the only way to get in touch.
This went through PayPal and there was a number listed to resolve dispute prior to filing a claim.
Called the number and each time I got Verizon recording stating number was invalid.
Called PP dispute center and they canceled further business with this company and refunded my money.
Just want to say that the Christian theme is an affront to Christianity. After my experience and reading reviews, it is shameful that a company would present itself in such a way as to make people question the legitimacy of those that claim to be "Christian".
Go through Amazon instead.

Make sure you do not get somehow on their monthly T-shirt loop. I never signed up but one came in. Cancelled and then another came in. Mind you, you don’t get to pick and I was not happy with either. Then I get another. Trying to send it back without paying shipment and showed them emails that have them cancelling the T-shirts. Then they complain I keep cancelling. You can’t make this up! Do not do it, Love and Faith has much better quality T-shirts and customer service.

This company illegally signed me up for a recurring subscription without my consent.

I would like to give them a 0 as a company that won't list a phone number for customer service. Everything related to this company regards the use of AI generated responses in there website text. It generates a response saying they will contact you in 15 minutes. It actually generated a email asking again my issue. And after sending the email received another AI 15 minutes response that never happened. They list no phone number and the only one l did find was on my credit card statement doesn't work.

I am trying to contact them regarding TShirts l ordered as a Christmas gift. The transaction went smooth without a subscription. But is evident they kept my Charge Card number and l received another Tshirt in the mail in the same size as the gift, without any packing slip with a saying l wouldn't wear if it were my size. I looked at my credit card and this time there is a reoccurring subscription added for Tshirts? Who wants to be on a subscription every month for a overpriced TShirt period? And a company that won't speak to you when you tell them in their messages to call and you repeatedly give them your phone number.

I really loved my shirts and sweaters when they arrived. But I washed them one time and the sweaters and shirts both have little balls all over them. Also some of the wording on one of the sweaters came off when I washed it. I really wanted to love this company and order again but the quality is very poor.

What would help is if you went out of business for good. Using a "christian" affect to grift people is not a good look for you. I am spreading the word about your grifting on any social media I can find. You cannot call you. YOu refuse to talk to me on "chat" which os a joke.There is NO recurring order for TSHIRTS you idiots. I will get you in the end.

Got everything I ordered!! It wasn’t here in 2 days- but this isn’t Amazon prime it’s a small business. I love their shirts and will be ordering again. Impressed that they have 100% cotton shirts available and at a great price!

What sort of Christian company gets your name, address and credit card and then keeps sending stuff to you, even if you don't order it? And then, when you try to call, you get a "chat only" mandate. That doesn't work. They ignore it. I want someone in Alabama, where being a good Christian still means acting like one, to take action. I am considering a civil suit just based on principal.

I would have preferred to say I love this place but I can't. It's been over 10 days since I placed an order with no response. Small business or not, this is not okay. Also, no mention of any type of delay until Brittany responded to my email about the delay, stating it's on the website. It's not and there's no shipping policy noted either. Something should have at least gone out through email if there was any type of delay. That's just good customer service. I had to report this to PayPal for a refund and then requested to Brittany I need a full refund as well. So I better see that quicker than 10 days.

I ordered three weeks ago and have not received my order. I am hoping that most people who are looking to order and checking reviews are believers. Otherwise, this company really puts forth a poor testimony. :((

I wish I had checked this website before ordering. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. There have been no updates, no shipping, no responses to messages or emails. I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank. I don't know if this is even a real company, but if they are they're shady and hiding behind "Christian values."

I love their shirts. I have ordered twice and never been disappointed. I am a person who loves God and loves wearing a message on my t-shirts, and this company provides perfect messages that remind me throughout the day that I am a child of God.

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received my order! I placed an order for several shirts. The charge was taken out of my account. I can't even find anything on this order I placed on my account. I had placed a previous order and it did not take as long to get here. One of the shirts I only wore a few months and got a hole under the arm. Had to throw shirt away.

I have waited for a month and have still not received my order. Also difficult to get a response from them. Would not recommend.
